Basically I am saying that to lose weight you need to stop thinking about it but rather to start taking action to achieving your goal.
Every day you should be working toward your goal weight, or if you have reached your goal weight the act of maintaining this weight.
This will require hard work and sacrifice, but the ability to find time to exercise and to eat healthily will ensure you live life to the fullest without the health risks that being overweight or obese entails.
