How to perform the 5 Minute Fat Blasting Workout
For this particular workout there are 2 options available to you; 30:30 or 50:10.
The 30:30 would involve you completing as many reps as possible within a 30 second period, before resting for 30 seconds. You would then move onto the next exercise.
Alternatively you could perform the 50:10, whereby you would perform as many reps as possible in 50 seconds, and then rest for 10 seconds.
For both workout options you should rest for a complete minute at the end of each set if you plan on doing more than one.

- Inverted Shoulder Press
- Alternating Switch Lunge
- Skater Hops
- Rotating T Extension
