New research from Harvard University has found that eating blueberries could help with your weight loss efforts.

During the study the team of researchers looked at the dietary habits of more than 133,000 adults in the USA.

They discovered that those who ate just a handful of blueberries every day were able to lose over half a kilogram in weight over a 4 year period.

The researchers compared blueberries to other fruits and vegetables over the same time period and found that some caused weight gain.
