#1: Re-evaluate your calorie intake

For those who have kept a food diary this will be easier, as you have written down exactly what you have consumed so know if any changes need to be made.

#2: Watch out for ‘calorie creep

Most of us are not very good at estimating our calorie consumption, which means that we often consume a few hundred more than we really should.

#4: Don’t give up

It can be hard to continue working if you are no longer seeing results, but the truth is that if you simply give up then the lost weight will soon return.

We all become disheartened from time to time, but if you remain dedicated and stick to your plan then you will achieve your goal.

Remember you did not gain the weight overnight, so you cannot expect to lose it overnight either.
