Although her weight has fluctuated over the years it seems that Britney Spears has finally found the solution to her weight issues.
After the birth of her two children her body has changed, but this simply means that she needs to work that much harder to achieve her goals.
“I’m in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it up.”
Recently she has been promoting her range of lingerie so has had to be in peak condition, so how has she achieved her goal.

What does Britney eat?
Britney has revealed that she has a weakness for high-carb foods.
“Dieting is tough, because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies, I try not to make those too often or I’ll eat the whole bowl of dough.”
So it comes as a surprise that her current diet is a low-carb one.
Low carb diets like the Paleo or Atkins diet are great for weight loss and for burning fat as it forces your body to burn fat for fuel during a process called ketosis.
What kind of workouts does she do?
Britney Spears has revealed that she works out on a daily basis with intense cardio, swimming, weight lifting and power yoga workouts her chosen methods of exercise.
“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time,” said Spears. “I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch.”
“I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
She may not do the 1,000 crunches daily that she used to do but she has proven in these latest images that with a little sacrifice and hard work great results can still be achieved.
