It contains flavonoids that offers numerous health benefits including weight loss and the lowering of dangerous cholesterol levels.

#6: Soup

Soup is filling, especially a vegetable soup as both the vegetable and water content will fill you up without having to consume too many calories.

Just stay clear of creamy soups as these are possible going to be fattening.

#7: Fruit juice

While water is probably the best thing for you to drink, fresh fruit juice is also considerably better for you than a caffeinated soft drink.

Just make sure when drinking fruit juice to avoid those with added sugars and to drink in moderation as the natural sugars could also cause weight gain if consumed in excess.
