Ingredients of Diet Ultimo

Diet Ultimo contains a number of currently popular weight loss ingredients such as Raspberry Ketones, Green Coffee Beans and Garcinia Cambogia, alongside other ingredients such as Guarana, Citrus Aurantium and White Kidney Bean.

Unfortunately, there is no mention of quantities of each ingredient, nor is there any mention of any fillers used.

Without this important information how will you know what effects if any will result from the use of this supplement?

Price of Diet Ultimo

Diet Ultimo is available on a trial, which are a notorious scam. You will be enticed into signing up for a small amount to cover postage and will then be enrolled into an auto shipping program, whereby you will be sent monthly packages along with a hefty bill.

The cost of the postage is $7.95, which covers the initial 14 day trial period. Once this period has elapsed you will be charged a quite incredible $97.

You will be subsequently charged this amount monthly until your membership is cancelled.

Is Diet Ultimo a scam?

Although Diet Ultimo has covered their sales tactics in their terms and conditions I would still give it a wide birth as the cost of the trial is too high and you will be paying much more than you need to be spending.

It is important that with any trial offer that you read the t&c’s before signing up.

      • I ordered the trail products that I received in a small box with no invoice or message just a leaflet 1 half English the other in another language basicly instructions on how to take them with a small part at the Bottem cut out. I have an under active thyroid so checked with my doctor he to me not to use them.         • I have had the same experience. Pills arrived, no invoice, no Terms and Conditions ot read. they have now charged me Β£87.00 and then another Β£67.00. I have reported this to my card company who will take it up as a dispute and I have also reported to Trading standards. This is a SCAM. Do NOT buy

      • I ordered mine today as a spontaneous decision then found this page. Because of all the negative comments, I emailed to confirm that no extra charges would be made. They called me from Cambodia or somewhere and said that no extra charges were going to be made if I didnt want it to, but to confirm that I didnt mind being charged Β£4.95 for shipping. I then told her that I wanted to cancel my whole order and she said fine.
        I’ve called my bank straight away and they said if anything is taken out of my bank from them, they’ll put me through to disputes and refund my money. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. I can’t ring them back and their email is pathetic. Simply ring your bank and see what they can do.

    • Your best bet would be to contact your bank within the 14 day period like I did. Cancel your card that you used to pay for the items. If you brought the cleanse ultimo and diet ultimo you need to cancel them both separately. I send the goods back within the 14 day period using Royal Mail international tracked as this is proof that you have attempted to send the goods back.

      • You will NOT get your money back from these people!
        I have been stung the same, European Trading Standards has finally recognised the problem but all they have done is say the web page must have a tick box if you wish to continue the trial, not enough in my opinion.
        First thing you MUST do is contact your bank and cancel the Continuous payment instruction so that no more debits can be originated from Diet Ultimo, IF any more come out you WILL get your money back from the bank.
        This has just happened to me, two more payments Β£2.49 and Β£87, which I discovered late last night and had a very sleepless night worrying about. Fortunately at 8am this morning I rang the bank, you go through to Dispute and my money has been refunded already.
        This is a well known scam but not sure that anyone is doing anything to protect us, so spread the word so others don’t get stung.

  3. It is a total scam. You pay the small (less than $6.00 trial fee) for a 1-week trial, however they send you a bottle for 30 days. On the 14th day from the date you ordered they charge you $97.00 and $67.00 which is nonrefundable. IF you contacted them by day 14 you then have 21-days from date ordered to get a approval to ship back all but the 7 pills. You then pay for shipping it back to them. There is no number to call and cancel. All email. When you email them they state this is all in the terms and conditions. It also doesn’t matter if you didn’t get the package, or if you have yet to use it for the full 7-days.

    Here is what I got from them:

    Thanks for your email. I have now cancelled your subscription to the Diet Ultimo and Cleanse Ultimo auto ship programs, therefore you will not be sent any more Diet Ultimo or Cleanse Ultimo or charged for any additional products in the future. .

    Payment of $97.00 and $67.00 have already been taken for the products you received. This is in accordance to the terms and conditions you agreed to when you placed your order. These stated that you could try our products for 14 days before we took payment for them.

    If you did not wish to pay for the products you’ve already received you were required to contact us in the first 14 days to cancel and request a returns number. As you did not contact us in the trial period we assumed you wanted to keep the products and were happy to pay for them.

    If you require further assistance, please respond to this email, ensuring the ticket number is left in the subject line.

    • I received this same thing I’ve tried canceling it and I’ve only had the product for ten days and requested the 14 day trial instead of the full 30 days they did not tell my they were going to charge my account without notifying me and placed my in a financially tough place with overdraft fees and money they withdrew without proper notification. Even if I did the 14 day trial they still screw you over with a hidden feel of $48.50 per bottle instead I’ve requested to refunded the rest of the amount owed to me and will be return the product the first chance I get. This is a horrible offer and I refuse to ever let someone go through this like I have been. There’s no contact number everything’s through email it’s a total scam. Please do not order this ever!

They withdrew money from my account without any more product ordered threw me negative in my account withdrawing 4 different times in varies amounts. I have a sick daughter that had to have surgery so I want my account refunded with the overdraft charges credited. Do not buy this crap its a complete scam. Now I will be getting a lawyer and shutting off my card without the proper fix to thos from this company. Theyve put a stop to any continuous payments and are monitoring my account. A week later dietultimo emailed saying theyve cancelled but are gna tke some paymwnts. But they cant because ive put a stop to it. I tryed to reply back and all of a sudden i cantttt. Its like theyve blocked me or something. Ive tried alot of times it dont work.

    • They never emailed me back, nor they said 14 days before to send out the free trial or after 14 days they will charge. I never got anything from them. I got charged 104.95 then again 97.00 so I decided to call my credit card company and have them block them from taking more & more money from me and to return the money back!!! They even made me go over the credit limit and I had to pay my bank back! It isn’t funny for scammers to take our money! You took money off my card but in first e-mail I told you I still had ketone to finish and couldn’t try yours for a month -I did not see t&c saying I would be charged heavily – Also you say try for 14 days – if they didn’t work and what happens then -I see no reviews from any customer saying they work so you need to be shut down. I since phoned – no reply- found different phone number then left messages asking for a returns address etc. -nothing. Apparently my friend returned hers, you still charged her and even said you didn’t receive them back.

I just received a charge on my account for $97.00 and $67.00 for a subscription of each of these pills. I fully expect this money to be returned to my account or I will get someone else involved. Please email back and let me know when the money is returned. I do not want to receive these pills at all.

      • Yes Bernice the pills DO work………….After two weeks free trial-I’d been sent a 30 day trial supply- I had lost weight, my appetite had been reduced considerably and I felt great, lean and healthy. No side affects. However I cancelled after even receiving them due to the bad press ! Considering ordering them again though !!
        I have tried the Holland and Barrett Garcinia and all their other products, I’ve tried Boots also- They do not work at all !! These shelf preparations, cheap though they are are ineffective.
        Only DIET ULTIMO worked for me so I think its worth paying 80-90 euro a month for. If weight loss and health are so important to consumers of this DIET ULTIMO who don’t they pay for it.
        The terms and conditions are explicitly clear, why do so many dumb people expect something for nothing ?

    • No sickness or shakiness Mesha, worth trying-immediate weight loss and appetite reduction-though they are costly, there are fantastic results which I found, no other shelf diet product could emulate. Great experience overall though so many expect it to be cost nothing, the real SCAMMERS are these cynical end users who criticise it as it costs a nominal monthly sum, and they are expected to pay for it if it’s not cancelled within 14 days of ordering free trial. How very C21st, entitlement culture, make someone else pay, everything should be for nothing, I didn’t know !!

They took it out, so okay, then when I was going to make another purchase somewhere else, I was down in so much money. I honestly thought someone got my bank account information and stole my money.             Ibought the trial pack but never received it although they charged me Β£2.49 for two items,i’ve read all the messages being put on the internet about it being a scam which I think may be true i’ve changed my debit card that they took the payment from and I’ve spoken to my banks dispute and chargebacks team they have now blocked any payment requests from this company and will reimburse me any money taken by diet ultimo and any charges incurred,
            I live in the uk so I can only tell you what my bank has done for me so you need to contact your bank give them the date you bought the free trial on and any numbers you may have received in an e-mail confirming your order has been placed on my bank statement it showed the Β£2.49 being taken out and had 11 numbers then GB at the end of the numbers this may help when you ring your bank i have tried like everybody else has by e-mailing and ringing diet ultimo and getting nothing back so ring your bank and speak to the dispute team.

          • I have also fallen for this scam. I ordered the “trial” pack for Β£2.49 and have just realised they have taken Β£87 from my bank account. I contacted Santander who put me through to the dispute team. They have cancelled any future requests for payment from this company and advised me to email the company myself and request a refund of the Β£87, which i have done. After reading all these emails on here, i won’t be holding my breath though.
            I believe we, (everyone on here from the UK), should band together to try and get a full refund. Is anyone with me??

        • welcome to the club. I did this as well on 12 June, next day I cancelled my card but they still managed to take 2 x Β£2.49 from my account. Today I had a long talk with my bank helpline which ended in tears, because I feel so helpless and my bank cannot guarantee security for my money. It looks like I can’t close my account either.
          I have sent my cancellation to Ultimo thieves on their emai support@dietultimo.com and on their web site and haven’t heard from them yet.
          I am so stressed I can’t sleep.
          We are already in deep trouble as my hubby took a loan without telling me… so we just have no money at all.

  10. Ladies do you honestly think a pill is the solution to weight loss? You need to stop believing all these “miracle” weight loss ads and put it some old fashion hard work. When you want to lose weight its not just about sheding unwanted pounds as fast as possible. You need to be healthy! Eating right and exercising are always going to be the best possible way to lose weight. What worked for me is workout DVDs that I did in the confort of my living room and a meal replacment shake/suppliment. I ordered mine through beachbody and lost 15 pounds in one month. I used turbo fire 5 days a week and a shakeology shake everyday. Beachbody can be expensive though. There are plenty of exercise DVDs out there. Chose something that has music to get you moving! As far as meal replacement, beachbody shakeology is the best as far as nutrition and curbing appetite. There is slim fast and special k for a cheaper alternative. Don’t forget that it takes hard work and determination to be fit and healthy!

  12. I ordered this product a few weeks ago. I cancelled the “membership” less than 7 days after receiving the pills, then sent the product back before the 14 day trial period was up. I placed a tracking on the package so that I would know they received it. They did, in fact, receive the package before the 14 day trial period. I have been charged a total of $355 (including bank fees and transfer fees to cover charges coming out of my account that I didn’t authorize)! I have probably emailed these people over 50 times, and of course you can’t get anyone on the phone. This is a sorry excuse for a “business” and I want my money back!! I followed all terms and conditions and did everything I was supposed to, and they still took my money!

I was charged anyway 3 times totaling $240 then only refunded $67!!! I along with many other victims I see, was intrigued into trying this “trial” for both the Diet Ultimo and Cleanse Ultimo. I signed up on 2/14/14. As soon as I realized that this was a SCAM, and you would actually be getting charged, I decided to contact them to cancel. This was on 2/20/14 (6 days from ordering). I thought I signed up for a program that allows a 14 day trial for free-where I just pay for shipping, and as long as you return the remaining product, that it would just be that, a trial. The small print says otherwise

    On 2/27/14 I received the package (yes, 2 weeks after ordering it-they probably keep the package at their warehouse a few days to help delay the time period) and returned it that same day! I got tracking to ensure delivery and of course it shows delivered 3/1/14 (15 days from ordering). On 3/10/14, I received a response from them confirming it was canceled and I would not get charged. On 3/20/14 (34 days after signing up—NOT on day 14 as they stated). I was charged $97 and $67!!!!!!! Mind you, I am unemployed and this caused my account to over draw.

    The phone number is not valid. The mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message so e-mail is the only way to communicate with them. I am disputing this with my bank, but the damage is already done. I urge anyone that is going through this to CANCEL the card you used to avoid further charges in the future. I will also try to file a complaint with BBB. I am still waiting to hear from them.

    !!!!!!!!READ anything you sign up with and especially if it is almost impossible to contact someone, maybe think twice before signing up. I will never sign up for anything. I learned the hard way.

I just received a charge on my account for $97.00 and $67.00 for a subscription of each of these pills. I fully expect this money to be returned to my account or I will get someone else involved.   27. This is the very definition of false advertising. I foolishly ordered the pills because it seemed like a bargain, and nowhere on the page showed anything about having to pay after 14days. I read through the T&Cs and realising how silly I had been, I emailed them just hours after I had ordered the trial, asking to cancel everything.
    I had no reply so after 24 hours I sent another email requesting that they do not send me anything as I do not want their product.
    After another 24 hours there was no reply.
    I then used the page on the website to try and cancel my order, which said it would send me an automatic reply, which it didn’t.
    The next day I went to my bank to tell them about the situation. So far Diet Ultimo had only charged me the Β£2.49 that I was expecting, and after seeing the emails I had sent the company, my bank said they would block Diet Ultimo from charging me.

    Today, I have received a box of the pills, despite emailing them asking for them not to send me anything. I have still had no response from them.

    I am about to head to the post office and send the parcel straight back.

    I have also been to the bank and cancelled my account so Diet Ultimo can not charge me.

    I am fortunate to have not lost money like the other women on here, but that was because I acted immediately after I realised my mistake.

    Diet Ultimo is a sham of a company and everyone who works there should feel ashamed of themselves. I have known companies to hide details in their T&Cs, but I have never known a company to completely avoid customers and not allow them to cancel their orders.

    It is unbelievable that this company is taking advantage of people like us!
    I have felt extremely interested about it after reading about it in two newspapers in the UK! I truly believed it was a genuine article and fell in to the trap.

    Thanks to all of your comments I was able to avoid all the scamming, and I am here to say how grateful I was for all of your comments, after six days of buying it I realised something was wrong, discovered it was a scam after reading all of your reviews, and thanks God I just called my bank and explained about my situation in which they have managed to cancel my card straight away and advised me to never do the same again. I was very fortunate and hopefully no money will be taken out of my account (as they said), it is a shame that extra money was taken out of you.

    For those who are trying to contact the company, my advice is to forget about them, and to call your bank (24h helpline) as soon as possible, and make them aware that you believe to have entered a scam, and then they shall deal with it.

    Hope all the best for you, this is surely really disgusting, no person should be able to take advantage of another!

  31. The whole thing is a disgrace and a huge scam. I have had Β£87 taken from my bank at the end of the ‘trial’, which I was not made aware of.

    I have contacted my bank and they have put a block on them taking any more money but I am unsure if I can get the initial Β£87 back.

    Also the tablets made me poorly and made no difference to my weight. I am an avid gym goer and was looking for a boost but I will stick to the traditional methods from now on.

I ordered this today and after reading sites like these and sending them 4 emails cancelling and hearing nothing AND leaving a phone message I cancelled my bank card, I never get taken in by these things but for some reason today I did and luckily told my mother i’d ordered it to which she explained she’d fallen for such scams which made me look closer and I found some small print stating i’d be charged after 14 days

I have to admit after being really stupid for the first time in NOT reading t&cs and ordering a trial of probably unhealthy pills with no written amount of ingredients I blocked my credit card straight away when I read all these comments here!

    To the people in the UK this scam watches your account and continuously try to take money from your account.
    If it’s before the trial period ring your bank ASAP and tell them your situation and ask them to block any payment to cleanse and diet.
    If your past the trial period and they have already taken money again ring your bank ASAP explain the situation and ask them to do a visa dispute and block any other payments from coming out of your account. The visa dispute is to get the money back which is probably unlikely but worth a try. Don’t be snotty or shouty or demanding with the bank on the phone though they can only do so much and it’s not there fault the louder and angrier you are the less they’ll do for you, take a deep breath then ring lol.

    IM IN THE UK BTW NO IDEA ABOUT ANY OTHER COUNTRIES.

  38. Hi all I’m from the uk and ordered these products and have taken two tablets of each then found this page !!!!! I feel stupid for not reading terms and have sent them an email to cancel any future delivery and charges I have also contacted my building society and they have put a block on diet ultimo and cleans ultimo however they have said NOT to cancel my debit card as they can legally apply for the new card details I was also told that I was not the first customer the advisor had spoke to today regarding companies like this.       • Hi molly I just explained over the phone that I had ordered the products online but didn’t realise it was a subscription service I had sent an email to diet ultimo and had no response and I was afraid that they would charge me for products I did not want I mentioned that I have read some shocking reviews on this site and wanted them blocked from taking any funds from my account

          They knew all details, I was not the first one to fall for that scam, so I didn’t have to proof anything.
          the bank has cancelled my card strait away and now I can sit and relax and wait for a new card to arrive.

      • Santander told me i had ticked a box authorising them to take the money but i don’t remember ticking any box. They said it was part of the free trial. They have now blocked diet ultimo from getting any more money and said if they do get any, at least Santander will refund it. They won’t accept it’s a scam so won’t refund me the Β£87 diet ultimo took.

  39. I’ve emailed and requested a return address and RMA number but had no reply… How do I return the products? And how do I ensure that they cannot take any money from me? I’m with Lloyds bank and I’ve never had any issues like this before (I’m only a teen), I don’t know what to do!

    Will it be a difficult process with the bank? Or will they just simply block my card? I have no idea how to even explain the situation to them.

    • I just told them i’d lost my card and they cancelled it (make sure you get money out enough to see you over until your new one arrives) then tell them you must have dropped it when leaving the cash point and its not longer there when you went to check, cards dont take that long to replace you should even be able to keep your pin number

    • I am with Lloyds I went into the Bank and told them I did not sign up for Subscriptions, just the trial. They took details and said they would try and stop payments The next day I lost 87 quid. I rang the credit line and the attitude was silly woman your own fault but we will see what can be done. I can’t believe I fell for it at my age, I’m 77, did I really think I could get my body back to where it was at 60. How presumptuous of me.

    I ordered on May 16th and then 10 minutes later found this website so emailed to cancel. They replied 3 days later saying it had already shipped and to send it back etc etc (same email everyone else has received)

    I also phoned my bank to explain and they put it on Visa dispute.

    Today, 15 days later, my account is Β£87 down. Anyone in the UK know how long it’ll take my bank to refund me? And will this keep happening forever? Every month they take Β£87 and I have to wait to be refunded?

    I can’t cancel my card as I’m not living at my bank registered address right now.

    • You’ll have to open another account transfer everything over then close the account cause, they’ll keep takin money under different names they have tried to take money under 40 different names and although you have a block on ‘cleanse ultimo’ they will still be able to take it under ‘cleanse ultimo pro’s etc

      The thing is the original postage was taken from diet ultimo premium and this payment was from diet ultimo elite – if my bank have only blocked the premium name they’ll always get around it with different names. I’m going to ring my bank tomorrow and see what they say πŸ™

  50. Hi I also fell for this “free trial” and was horrified when I realised what I’d done. I was feeling down and was a little tipsy when ordering and that is never a good combination but I digress. I have phoned my card fraud and security line and they have placed a watch on my account for the weekend so I can only access my ATM, online transactions wil not be processed. I then called my Visa card line and explained that it is a scam to them. They have advised me to withdraw what I need from the ATM, and then cancel the card. Unfortunately, there is NO guarantee that ultimo won’t have an automatic setting that they can attach themselves onto the new card and take money which to me is just absolutely terrifying to think what these companies can do which I never knew about, all I can do now is wait and pray.
    I also emailed them to cancel, but expecting no response or a response like the others above.
    My bank has told me to keep a record of these emails and any information regarding it being a scam so that they can “investigate” as soon as I cancel and reapply for new card (in case ultimo tried to bleed money from new bank card too which sounds like that is VERY likely) has anyone cancelled their visa card only to have their new one charged too?

    • I fell for this scam 5 years ago. I cancelled my card but they still took money from the new card.. the bank told me that I had entered into an agreed continuous payment and there was nothing they could do so after trying every means to get ultima to stop taking the money and cancel to no avail I cancelled my credit card.
      It was a horrifying experience I would not wish on my worst enemy.
      It may be easier to deal with now than then but it is awful that it is still going on.

    The postage payment was taken by diet ultimo premium. I got this blocked 10 minutes after ordering.

    They took the Β£87 from diet ultimo elite, my bank have since refunded it and will refund any further attempts to take money from me.

    I returned the product unopened but they have not confirmed it’s been received, surprise surprise.

    • Report it to your banks fraud squad if they’re aware they can help if any money is taken, also cancel your card as a precaution, email them with your name and address tell them you want to cancel and return the products with a print out of the emails

    • i have just rung my bank, the halifax and they have stopped any more payments being taken by the 2 companies concerned. if any money is paid to them in the future my bank will refund me immediately. i was put through to ‘disputes’ who informed me that they have a copy of the companies terms and conditions and that there is nothing they can do about the extra Β£89.99 and Β£30.00 i have already had taken from my account as the terms and conditions are foolproof! first and hopefully the last time i have fallen for a scam!

Plus the most worrying thing is that people are so ready to swallow pills that they buy from an unknown person off the Internet. Would you go to your local drug dealer and ask for whatever pills he has? Anything could be in them!!! Stories everywhere of girls dying from diet pills

I have just checked my bank today and they have taken Β£220 out of it, I rang my bank and there’s nothing they can do expect block that name, they won’t let me close my account until I can cancel the contract with these people, anyone managed to cancel?? And know how to, I’m a student and Β£220 is over a months wages for me, so I’m absolutely gutted, but need to make sure they don’t take more. Which banks are refunding? Mine won’t refund.

  56. I’ve just ordered and am probably over the trial period now. the 2 initial products p&p have been taken from my account. but they have not yet taken any further payments from my account.

    I’ve just called the bank and cancelled my card so hopefully they shouldn’t be able to take any further payments now if they try. It’s all set out in their policy [check the link below] Easy to see how so many people get caught out by this.

    Read the policy, sneaky how they will not let people purchase with a pre-pay visa, this is so they know they can continue to charge people and will usually get away with it at least once by the look of it..

    I requested to cancel straight after I ordered, I have returned the product, I do not expect to receive any more products therefore I should not have to pay full or 50% of the cost. I only received the trail products and have returned them, I did not have my RMA number when I returned them but they have my emails with my name and address in, NO payment should be take after the 14 days as they were returned 6/6/14 and I have proof of shipping, any payments taken will be reported to fraud squad, I have read the terms and conditions and followed them therefore all products should be cancelled and no more payments should be taken. It has not been 14 days since I received the trail order and you should by now have the returned product which I sent to the address listed in your terms and conditions.

    I had already phoned the fraud squad for my bank and cancelled my card, if any money is taken they have no leg to stand on as they have replied to say they have cancelled it 10 days after I ordered AND i returned their product first class recorded on the 6th (the day after I received them) if you have ordered them and not yet had more money taken phone your banks fraud number they told me they will be able to get the money back if any is taken, and i warned them they may take from another name

  61. Hi everyone. Just to let you all know, I phoned my bank (I’m with Lloyds), and they were really nice about it. The person that I spoke to told me that I wasn’t to worry, and the situation wasn’t as bad as I thought it was. He simply put a block on my card making it so that the company could not take any money from me.

    I expressed my concern that they could take it under a different name, and asked if it would be necessary to close and re-open my account and he assured me that that wouldn’t be necessary at all and, if in the unlikelihood of things they DID manage to take any money from me, all I’d have to do is phone in again and the bank would get it refunded for me.

    My 14 day trial was up a few days ago and so payment should have been taken then- but it hasn’t been. So I’m presuming that what my bank has done has worked.

    I will keep you posted as to if the situation changes, and I hope these eases a lot of your minds. I was stressed out to the max with this, it isn’t a pleasant experience.

  64. I ordered, having seen a link (not a sponsored link at that) on what I thought was a reputable website.
    I ordered without reading the terms, which is what they expect the majority of people to do.

    I have a degree in purchasing !! so how stupid do I feel that someone got one over on me and I read (and even right) t+c ‘s every day. Theirs is very clever.
    But someone is making a lot of money because we typically take people in good faith and don’t read terms often.

    Within an hour of ordering I emailed and cancel, they had already taken the postage payment.

    The following day having read some of the posts on this thread, I cancelled my debit card.

    I emailed them everyday asking for an RMR number, pointing out that I had also cancelled my card.
    Eventually they replied after 10 days with the exact same email as above.

    I didn’t bother with the telephone number. Just email them – they will reply eventually – in strict keeping with their tactical timetable.

    I am returning them unused even though I have cancelled my card and they can not automatically take any money from my account.
    – perhaps they could bill me and try to enforce the payment as without returning them I would be still in contract and if I refuse to pay perhaps they will put a black mark on my address effecting future bonefide credit applications- prob not but why risk it – especially with this type of company/people.

    Follow their instructions to the letter, any deviation and you are technically in breach of contract and have little recourse. Do not return without an RMR number, without the number on the return package they either might refuse delivery or stick it on a massive pile never to be sorted.
    Remember they have effectively scammed us with clever misleading wording in their adverts and supported by “clever” terms, they are not going to be sympathetic and refund you. You must follow their rules/instructions for return to avoid the risk of staying on the contract.

    Don’t go for the 50% option, obviously, as it ties you back in for more deliveries and back in contract.

  65. I received a package yesterday for a months supply which came as a total surprise to me as I thought I had only agreed to a free trial that I only had to pay P+P for. I checked through my emails to see if I had anything from them but didn’t. I checked their website but it may as well have been a blank screen, so I started to read through the T+C page – admittedly I should have done this back when I took the free trial but didn’t – and that’s when I realised something wasn’t right. A quick Google search lead me here, and just by chance my bank statement arrived in the post. A quick scan through the pages showed I’m Β£87 lighter. I sent them an email to say I want to cancel and first thing this morning I went to my bank and cancelled my card. So I just want to warn everybody, like most people are on here, DO NOT do business with this mob. I thought I was fairly online savvy when it came to scams but here I am nearly Β£90 down, haven’t lost a pound in weight, and absolutely mortified with myself for being duped πŸ™

He signed up for a free trial paying Β£2.99 and didn’t receive it, unaware he had also signed up for a “programme”. Next thing we noticed two payments out of his account for Β£89.99 and another Β£2.99 pp. totalling Β£184.96! After searching their website we found an email address and emailed them demanding the money back. This is the reply we received:

    We have received and processed your request to cancel the Testinate 250 Auto-Ship program. You will no longer be receiving our products each month.

    In case that you haven’t received the product may we request you to verify your complete address?

    Please remember when you placed your order, you agreed to the terms and conditions as stated on our website. I did ask the bank if any payments could be taken that I had previously entered into with my old card and they told me no. I emailed diet ultimo about three weeks ago and have only had a reply today. I only took the tablets once then found this site and I am willing to send them back but I do not know where too or what details I need to include with the return

I received no reply and today I have received a 30 day supply of Cleanse Ultimo and 60 capsules of Diet Ultimo. I have emailed again asking to cancel any future orders and to provide an address for me return the tablets and I’ve also rung the number provided which asked me to leave a message. After reading all these comments I am doubtful that I will even receive any acknowledgement and I have cancelled my credit card to avoid any further payments being taken and can only recommend that others do the same. I am really annoyed with myself for even falling for this scam as I feel I should know better!

    • I feel the same as well, such a fool, I have read the comments and don’t want it anymore and ordered the trial ones, how much may i ask did they take out of your account? am worried it won’t just be the shipping fees? I am thinking of warning the bank about it but have no details of this company or what it will come out as.

  76. I feel like such a fool, I haven’t had any money taken out of my account yet but i don’t want to, I have emailed and called many many times with no response. I am thinking of going to my bank today to get them blocked from taking any money out. My question is does anyone know what it comes out as from your bank? like a name or their account number or something as I don’t want to have to wait for the payment to come out (which SHOULD only be the shipping fees) as i am worried because of what I have read that it will be more :-(.

    • apparently they can use different names, so cancelling card or blocking won’t work.
      I called my bank before any money was taken and cancelled my card, telling them that this scam bastards will be trying to take my money. And they did. with no problem at all. So I called my bank again and asked what the f***! they said I need to contact the company and cancel with them. So I started getting really angry as I said that this is their responsibility to protect my money and that I cancelled the products but this company is non-responsive. I also asked them to refund the money they already took but so far my account looks the same:(
      I find this unacceptable. Is there anything to stop those thieves?

    • Your bank should have a fraud team phone them, the postage for the trial will be taken (mine was) I told them they’ll try to take more even though i’ve told them I want to cancel within their T&Cs but had no reply, they knew who had taken the money for P&P and put a stop on them I warned them they would try and take money under different names but I wasn’t sure of the names and told them not to allow any new direct debits unless I say, cancel your card, it seems to have worked for me

        I have e-mailed the company asking them to not process the free trials. I told them to keep the P&P money as I wasn’t bothered, however I do not want to receive the products nor do I want any further products. I am going to close my account in the morning.

  77. Yes I fell for it. Got the tablets – at no time was I aware of it being anything other than free trial. Didn’t see any T & C to read. Had the postage taken from my account – then Β£87. Called my bank and told them to not allow any further payment to Diet Ultimo elite. So very surprised when Β£2.49 – paid out to Diet ultimo Plan and Β£87 to Diet Ultimo Choice. Called bank again who said that it had gone through as different names!!!! Will be sorting out with dispute section of bank asking to cancel anything with diet ultimo etc in name. Will also be changing card as have been stung by fraudulent use of my card before. Cannot believe I fell for it. I have emailed ‘support@dietultimo.com’ but had nothing back. Feeling very stressed by the whole affair.

    • I have been through the same experience with 2 payments being taken within 10 days of Β£87. I rang my bank and they said the first payment you will probably not get back, the second one however will be refunded into your bank account within 24 hours by your bank.. I believe that as far as sending the goods back, if you did not sign for them then there is no proof of receipt that you ever received them Do not bother sending them back! you will have to pay postage.
      I read the very small print and if’ you send them or the remains of the bottle back’ ? Strange!
      I have now also phoned ‘lost cards’ number on the back of my card And had the bank stop that card. A new card should be in the post within two days.

  78. I signed up for a free 39 day trial for Raspberry keystones it was Β£2.49 for a trial supply. I did not sign up to anything else, or for a future supply. I’m have checked my bank this evening and they have taken Β£87 without my consent. This is a scam, and I want my money back ASAP!!!! how do I contact this company????? I am contacting my back right now.

  79. I’ve been very lucky with my experience. I emailed them as soon as I realised it was a scam (multiple emails) and as soon as I received the pills I sent them back to the return address on the package (with track and trace). I got an email saying they had cancelled my membership and should return the products by day 21 if I didn’t want to pay, but the money would be taken out on day 14 automatically. I emailed back saying if the product was received by day 14 they had no right to take the money out of my account. I checked track and trace and they received the pills & no money went out of my bank on day 14 (but this could have been because I had under Β£150 and no overdraft) I’m still going to keep an eye on my bank balance for a while though! My advice is email ASAP and return ASAP

  80. New EU laws come in to effect at midnight 13 June 2014 which give consumers greater protection if they purchase goods on the internet within the European Union.

    They include the right to quicker refunds, reduced from 30 days to 14 days.

    Online traders will also be obliged to show total costs on screen rather than adding hidden ones to a credit or debit card bill.

    “Certain existing rights have been extended, including the right of withdrawal whereby a consumer can return a product within seven days of receiving it. That has been extended to digital purchases for the first time,” she said.

    “So, consumers who buy books or music in digital format will be able to change their mind and return the product for a refund, up until the moment the downloading process begins

    I have sent numerous emails and had no reply.
    I tried calling and the number is fake.

    Please do not buy this product.
    If you do contact your bank immediately.

  87. I have also been stung by these people having Β£87 and Β£67 taken from my account. I cancelled via email (phone didnt work) and asked what next to do re sending the product back (this was 5/6/14) they waited until 18/6/14 to reply to that telling me I would be charged because I didnt send the product back :o( I am currently in dispute with them over this as I believe they waited until 18/6/14 to contact me so there was no possible way to send them the product back in the tiny time frame after the email. I have contacted my bank and they were very good as I was so distraught and in floods of tears. Explained it all to them and they are looking into it for me but said that if the company proves I am in the wrong the money debited stays debited. I have proof that I emailed them asking but not sure how this stands. I have again contacted the company saying the product is unopen and STILL awaiting an address etc which I asked for previously and can still send it back to them if they refund me but again not sure about this.

    I dont know what else to do??

    I have today cancelled my card (the account is a joint account so not sure about closing it down). Will wait and see what happens next.

  88. I also fell for this scam. I have contacted my bank and they have blocked them and will refund me in future if they manage to take any more money. Please contact your bank as they will keep taking money from you. If anyone knows how i can get my money back i would really appreciate it. They have taken all the money i have and i now cant afford my bikks or to put food on the table for my 2 year old son. They have completely swiped my account. This scam needs to be stopped!!

    I’m in the same situation like you are. I went to a bank today to stop Diet Ultimo charge me any money from account in the future. Obviously they are a huge SCAM!!! There is a small chance that they will refund your money back if you haven’t cancelled before the end of 14 days trial. It’s all in the T&C but to save your ass you need to send them an email saying that you cancel your membership, just to have an evidence for your bank and then you need to make a query to cancel reccuring payment authority, I’m with Halifax UK and I’ve showed them my evidence (cancelled membership-no reply from Ultimo Diet) they told me that if Ultimo will charge me again I will get my refund from the bank( you need get that on the paper). Please be aware that even when you change your account details they might charge you money still because they have got your long number on the front of your card. Unfortunately, they are covered by law regulation and ticking off T&C you agree on everything they have written so hiring a lawyer won’t help!!! Unless, we all make a huge campain against Ultimo Diet to shut it down!!! Going on war alone against them would be pointless, there is so many of us being tricked by them…I think that is the only power to get rid of them!!!!!

After Reading all your comments i have had to ring my bank and explain what i had done they have put a block on that name and said i will get refunded the money if they by chance take it….. but just keep an eye on my account as they might go under different name.. i have just e-mailed them and said i no longer want to any more products with you and cancel any orders with you. And am going to send the remaining off my pills back can anyone please give me the address to send the pills back too thank.. God i feel a foo.l

NEVER TRY THIS COMPANY-ITS A SCAM, I ordered a months sample pack and paid Β£2.50, I feel so stupid, I recieved the dud pills that do not work and was then charged to further payments of Β£78.00 and Β£87.00, my bank were amazing at helping me but I don’t want others to experience the same thing, its bascially robbery.

  92. ‘You must request an RMA number within 14 days of ordering your trial and return your products within 21 days of your original order date to the address provided with your RMA number. By returning the trial your membership to the autoship program will automatically be cancelled and we won’t charge or send you any further products.’

    If you’ve read all the messages you should know that there was a few different addresses.
    After I cancelled all two products, separately about 3 times, I have received the RMA numbers and the address where to send the products. This is the address they sent me:

    4000HD TIEL
    Netherlands

    You should keep cancelling until they reply, sending products without RMA numbers might not work. Remember to send it with recorded delivery, you need a prove that they received it, otherwise forget about any refunds. As I see you are past 14 days trial… if your account still has not been charged- I like your bank:) but keep your eye on it!

I have now sent both boxes of cleanes ultimo and diet ultimo back to the netherlands address with a little letter in side the parcel with my name and address on it too…… But didnt have an RMA number. Only id number of them both from when i ordered them which i put on the letter, and also sent by recorded delivery and track and trace just in case they say they havent received them back, hope that will work and i also sent them another e-mail too. Hope that will be an end to it.

I ordered this also a couple of hours ago then stumbled on this website… in the last few hours I have emailed them asking them to cancel before they send the package and contacted my bank TSB who have cancelled my card and sending a new one. They have told me I won’t get my five pound back already, which I’m okay with. Because my card has been stopped and changed, will they still be able to get into my account? I’m only 17 and don’t have an overdraft feature on my account, so really worried about what is going to happen… feel like such an idiot…

  95. I called my bank as soon as I realised (before any payments had been taken out) and was 100% honest with them. They were really nice about it, they put a watch on my account to block any payments from Diet Ultimo and whenever they managed to take the money anyway they would refund my account a few days later. It has been 2 months and they are still trying to take money, my bank said they usually give up after 3 months.

    I have emailed them many times to cancel my subscription and still no reply, I received another package today- should I just send it back to the address provided by other users on this forum or wait until they acknowledge my cancellation?/. I resent having to pay the postage fee πŸ™

  98. I have sent them 12 emails trying to cancel. I alerted my bank immediately and they have been refunding the money taken every month and charging diet ultimo back for it but I don’t know how long this is going to go on for??

  99. This is an absolute scam. My daughter thought it was a free trial, returned the products within 24 hours at a cost of Β£12.00 postage and then had a further payment taken from her account. She’d seen it advertised on facebook and as a size 10 didn’t need to lose weight but thought she’d be ‘healthy’. I’m contacting the Office of Fair Trading to report this con and will also contact the Advertising Standards Agency.

    • Hi…I fell for this too. Mortified. I’m posting from Republic Ireland. Read this information the day after I had ordered and then emailed them straight away to the “support” email address they gave in confirmation email to say that I didn’t want the products. When they arrived I emailed again looking for a return address…but of course nothing. Postage was charged for both products (even though they were sent in same box. I sent them back (unopened) to add they came from. They then charged me €87 and then €77. I phoned fraud depth of my bank (ulster bank…00441313397609) and they put me through to disputes. They stopped the continuous payment so no more money could be taken. They were very helpful and because I emailed diet ultimo the day after I had ordered to cancel the pills they are going to refund my initial payment too.
      Best advice is to call your bank asap and cancel the continuous payment. Xx

      • This is a complete scam, please do not fall for it. If you do:-
        1. Contact your bank / credit card company and ask them to stop the continuous payment. They are are legally obliged to even if you have not managed to get a response from the seller.
        2. Bombard the sellers support@….. email address with emails stating they are breaking several consumer credit laws and quote the Distance Selling Law of June 2014. Do not stop sending emails until they respond. Quote the exact date you cancelled the contract (hopefully its within 14 days). Tell them you want a response with 48 hours or a solicitors letter will follow.
        3. If they respond dispute any of their threats to charge you for postage and demands to return their products. If you cancelled within time they had no right to send them.
        4. Any deliveries sent after you have cancelled do not sign for. Refuse delivery. You will know its from them because it will have a dodgy PO address on the packaging, probably somewhere in Holland.
        5. Don’t panic stick to your guns. we can beat these criminals!!

    I have just contacted my credit card company and they confirmed that Diet Ultimo have taken 2 payments of Β£87 and Β£67 for capsules that I have never received. In fact when I tried to do the order through their website – it actually said my credit card had been declined. What a laugh! But of course they had taken my details and taken my money twice – illegally. I wrote to them by email from their website and they did eventually reply – i month later:

    Thanks for your email. The Β£87.00 and Β£67.00 taken from your account is payment for the Diet Ultima capsules, and Cleanse Ultima bottles you have already received.
    This was done because the offer you signed up for with us was to try our products for 14 days before you are required to pay for them. This means you paid the shipping and handling at the time of ordering and we sent you a full month’s supply of each product.
    If you did not wish to pay for these after the trial period you were required to cancel the subscription and request a returns number from us in the first 14 days. As we have not previously heard from you, we could only assume that you were happy to keep the products and pay for them.
    These terms are fully explained on the order. They state: By placing your order today you’ll be shipped a 30 day supply of Diet Ultima capsules and a 30 day supply of Cleanse Ultima (you just pay S&H). If you feel Diet Ultima capsules, and Cleanse Ultima are not for you, cancel within 14 days from your initial order date to avoid the purchase fees of Β£87 and Β£67 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program, which sends you a bottle of Diet Ultima and a bottle of Cleanse Ultima every 30 days starting 30 days after your trial period starts. By ordering you agree to the full terms and conditions shown here.
    We have now cancelled your membership to our auto-ship program so you will not be sent any more products in the future and we will never charge your card again.
    We are however unable to offer you a refund on the products you have already received as you did not cancel your subscription or request a RMA number in the first 14 days.

    Diet Ultimo never gave me an RMA number, a telephone contact number or even an email address to write to. My credit Card company have confirmed that they have received lots of distressed calls from customers reporting the same. Thankfully, they are ensuring that no more amounts will be taken from my card and I am having the Β£87 & Β£67 reimbursed.

    I won’t be falling for this again. As they say, if it looks to good to be true – it probably is!

  105. On 18.8.14 I also returned the second shipment of pills they sent me Ger. I enclosed my details and said I was cancelling. I had already informed my bank and they had put a block on any further payments being made to Cleanse Ultimo and its partner in crime, Diet Ultimo. I was unable to have the package tracked due to the fact that POSTBUS is a P.O. Box. I also couldn’t send it as a ‘signed for’ for this reason. To my amazement I was refunded two separate amounts of Β£87 and Β£67 on 2/9/14. Never again!

I also only rec the trial pills and yet they have still taken money from my account. This is an absolute disgrace and the fraudsters need to be caught and stopped.
