        • You can try calling them at the number listed in this article above, or email them. But my personal experience has not been good trying to do that. I would recommend calling your bank or credit card company (whichever you used), and dispute all charges from this scam outfit. If it’s your credit card, ask them to cancel it and reissue a new card so they can’t continue to charge your card. If it’s a bank account, you’ll need to talk to them about how you can stop them from auto debiting it. Good luck, and sorry we all had to deal with these “people.”

          BTW, if you got the bottle of All Natural stuff, you can see the company name and contact info on it (same as listed above) … company name is Hawksburry Group Inc. Well, at least that what they dba. I couldn’t find a company on the internet with such a name … can we say FAKE. ugh

    • I, too, fell for the scam and was surprised by the $88 and $89 charged to my card. I just called and was actually treated very nicely by the rep. At first I was offered a 50% refund, but when I pressed a little more (in a gentle and polite tone), she told me she would use her “employee discount” and refund me the total. I guess it depends on who you talk to.

      I also had stomach pains and headaches while taking the pills and did not lose any weight. Definitely not a worthwhile product.

      • Wow I called as well and the person told me the same that she would use her employee discount to cancel the order but not before she pressed me to continue and offer me a 50% discount. I admit I was fuming inside but pressed right back and it all ended with a full refund and a cancellation. I further stated that I do not permit any charges on my card and that this was a 1x charge for the trial only. Best wishes to all here.

        • Same happened to me 88 and 89 dollars!
          Advertised was a free months supply, only pay for shipping. On the phone, the first rep told me it was a 14day trial and I could only return the product If it was unopened. How would the bottle be unopened if I had to open it to get the 14day trial out??? He told me to hold as he was going to talk to the manager, after only 2seconds he cake back on the line and said that there was nothing he could do, thanked me for my call and hung up on me.
          I called back and had another rep that told me the same thing. I told her that she was participating in a scam and that my next call would be to the police to file a report against the fraudulent company. I then hung up on her as I was very angry.
          She called me back within the minute and offered me 50% off. I told her no and that is when she told me alright, I will use my employee discount to get you the full refund. This was today, so we will have to wait and see if I really get my money back. I am not going to hold my breath. I have already blocked my card and ordered a new one. So disappointed!!!

        • This company is a scam, Google class action lawsuit @ get on board. Canceled my order 4/27/17 due to medical reaction. I was assured it was a done deal @ given confirmation number as validation. On May 10th they still drafted 179.00 and when I called to complain the incompetence of the call center agents caused much duress. I attempted to explain that they were causing other charges to be affected, and was given a Oh Well” response. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they have the same capabilities as a supervisor. I requested a letter or email validating their mistake to forward to other entities and as told … not an option. I am pissed and have told FB, Twitter, every Internet source available to boycott this company and run from any and all offers. They are not only scamming the Internet trolls but liars and imbeciles as well! !!

    Even though I cancelled and got cancellation confirmation after very unpleasant conversation with their representative they still managed to post charges on my credit card few days later!!!
    And I never received any product for the $89 they charging me. It’s impossible to find their shipping address and they are using different phone numbers and names to charge credit card.

I only found out that they charged me when I looked at my bank account. I called that day and they said sorry you had 14 days to cancel. It was day 15!   11. This is a total scam!!!! First I was NOT told that I would be charged $88 for the Green Coffee bottle and then $89 for the Garcinia ZT. It was supposed to be 1 month FREE trial with paying only $4.99 shipping! I received NO paperwork explaining that I was enrolled in a monthly club. I received NO instructions whatsoever! NO PAPERWORK AT ALL! I called the only number I could find and 3 people refused to refund my money! The ad online now says that you receive only 14 days for free and you have to contact them back within those 14 days to get a refund! I was not told that when I ordered! To add insult to injury the stuff made me sick on my stomach! Beware of this company! I tried calling 3 times! They refused a refund, they refused to let me speak with a supervisor, and refused to give me the name of the President of the company or CEO!
    TOTAL SCAM!

  15. TOTAL SCAM! I was not told, nor did I see anywhere that I would be billed full price at 14 days. This was $2.95 and $3.95 for a 30 day FREE trial. Garcinia Camgobia and Green Coffee ZT. On day 14 they billed me $88 and $89 of which I can not afford. The girl said her supervisors followed the same rules and she nor they could not refund my money. I asked her who did 855-715-1109 phone number belong to? It was on the other order. She said she did not know. So I called the other number and the same girl answered. Again saying they have canceled my future order but would not refund the charges they just withdrew from my account!

  19. Worst thing I’ve ever done! the product made me nauseous and stomach hurt, so I stopped using it after a few days. I was charged $89 after 2 weeks when I understood it was for 30 days. I’ve checked my email confirmations and there is nothing on them that states I’m in a subscription after 2 weeks.   22. I’m so pissed off at this company! I asked a month ago to cancel any future orders after I got the trial meds. and they did nothing. I received another month, so I sent them another message to cancel the shipments they sent me another shipment! I sent another shipment, so I called and spoke to an Aaron in customer service and told him how pissed off I was. I never agreed to monthly shipments, nor did I give approval to take money out of my account with these unauthorized shipments. I just wanted it to stop! He says that he can see that I am frustrated and upset over this so I could keep the last shipment and he would make sure that they sent me a refund.   25. I was called two seconds after placing the initial order for $3.95. They ask a bunch of questions they know you will answer “yes” to. I told them it was too suspicious, I did not trust them with my card number, and to cancel the whole thing. They still billed my debit card twice. Once for $89 and again the next day for $88.

  30. I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia ZT because I only wanted the free trial. The website stated that I did not have to buy anything more. I checked my statement and there was a $89 charge. I called customer service to get a refund. but was told I couldn’t get a refund because I have the product. I thought that was kind of strange because most companies will allow you to return with a refund. I called back that afternoon and said I would be contacting the BBB and was offered a 30% refund which amounted to $27.00. Don’t buy anything from this company.

  37. I didn’t go looking for this product, it came looking for me. It said I had “won” a free gift and I could choose from a few different “free gifts” I chose this one….UGH! It said all I had to do was pay for the S&H and I did….with my credit card. I received the product; two different bottles (I don’t remember ordering a second product but whatever it was free, right?……..) WRONG. I was charged $88.00. I immediately called the company and they told me sorry, they couldn’t refund the money, there was a 14 day cancellation policy. I NEVER saw the 14 cancellation policy. I started getting really upset and asked for a supervisor…NOPE, no supervisor. I told them I needed to talk to someone in authority, they said, “Sorry, we couldn’t resolve your situation” AND hung up on me. I called back several times getting more and more upset. Same thing every time. I read here where someone was kind to the reps and they refunded her money. So that’s what I did. I called and called and called and called, kindly asking each rep for a refund until I finally found someone who would offer me a refund. She first said she could offer me a 25% refund and I asked her if she could make it a 50% refund, she agreed. She said, “I’m offering you a 50% refund to get this matter resolved.” I KINDLY asked for a full refund. She said, “Are you refusing the 50% refund?” I kindly and SUGAR sweetly said a full refund would be better. She put me on hold and came back and said she would use her employee discount to issue me a full refund. I thanked her. Around a week later a full refund was issued to my bank account. But before I tried this approach I called my bank and reported a charge I did not authorize and I went into the branch and cancelled my credit card and had them re-issue me another card and put a block on this company from charging my account ever again.   38. First, sorry for the length of this … but I wanted to share my horrible experience so you don’t have to go through it too.

    While I can’t speak for various websites selling garcia cambogia, I can speak from experience about Hawksburry Group Inc (as listed on the bottles they shipped).

    After requesting the $2.95 sample of ZT, I received the bottle PLUS a bottle of the Green Coffee which I did not order nor did I want. I noticed my credit card was charged $2.95 for the ZT, AND $3.95 for something unknown (later I realized it was the shipped, but not ordered, Green Coffee). I looked all over their website for contact information so I could point out their error. After speaking to a rep, who wanted nothing more than to sell me more stuff, I requested to cancel my entire account. She told me that she canceled future Green Coffee shipments and then hung up before I could stop her. I figured she was very specific about canceling Green Coffee, so I was suspicious that she did not cancel my entire account as requested. I called back, spoke to someone else and found that my account was still intact. After listening to the same marketing script, I told her that I was charged for something I did not order, and would be happy to return it as long as they paid for the shipping. She told me, over the course of several minutes, that they would give me a 30%, 40% or 50% refund in several weeks if I shipped the bottle back. I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor, but she said they were too busy. She then told me that I could send the order back for a full refund if I paid $8.90 shipping. What? First I would have to pay USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. to actually ship it back, then pay them $8.90 for shipping? After I refused that, she again told me about one of the “discounted refund” options. I again said I would be happy to send it back, if they paid for the shipping. She went back through the same stuff, so I finally told her that I would leave it at my doorstep for them to pick up whenever they wanted. She didn’t think that was funny, though that was the only smile I had during the entire conversation. Anyway, she finally continued on about the various unacceptable options again and then said something like “Thank you for calling, have a good day” and hung up. Uh, nothing was done that I can tell.

    IT IS A SCAM PERIOD! Don’t buy this stuff from that website. I found a way out of this mess, but it did not come without spending more time researching this than I should have to, as well as a couple of phone calls to a less than trustworthy organization out to get you on an auto-pay and near impossible way to get out … I should know better … the company DOES NOT LIST any contact information on its website where they sell the product. That’s a pretty big red flag. Save yourself some trouble and don’t do it! 🙂

    And if you’re already in and want out, call you credit card company or bank and talk to them. They will help you find a solution. Best of luck!

  40. I signed up for the “free” trial on the 9th of February and they charged my card for 89.00 today, which is before the trial period ended. However, I was never informed about the trial period or that I would even be enrolled into any subscription with future charges. I did try the product and it made me feel very jittery and weird all around, like I had way to much caffeine. My kidneys started to hurt after only 3 days of using the product. I had to drink so much water to get rid of that feeling. I called the company about 30 minutes ago and told the woman that I spoke with tried to give me a 25% refund and 50% off all future payments and I told her no, I am still within the cancellation period and that I never authorized any future charges. I cancelled my “subscription” and I was refunded the 89.00 immediately and as soon as my bank opens I will be calling them to make sure they know that any charges made by that company are not authorized and would be fraudulent. I recommend that anyone who fell victim to this as I did contact your bank and do the same. This company is definitely a scam company that just wants to take your money.

  42. I tried the product, did not work, cancelled order even got an email confirmation sent to me and still got billed for the $89.00 the following month after cancellation. I called 2 twice today both times got hung up on. Last call I demanding to speak to a Supervisor and requested an address or email so I can make a written compliant and nothing. Poor business very disappointed in the product and customer service. I’ve contacted my bank to cancel my card and resend me another one.

  43. A rotten bunch of scam artist who won’t reveal their company name or true address and use different phone numbers when charging 89 for something they said was $4.99 in their advertizing and pretty well conceal their so called terms and conditions.

    Initial product didn’t arrive for over 14 days and so they charged $89.00 for the
    “free” sample.

    When you call they try to convince you to continue and not seek a refund. Ended up telling credit card company to dispute the charges while cancelling my credit card.

    Same product is available at wall mart for far less then $89.00

      for the green coffee which was advertized to be free when u bought the garcina cambogia zt on the trial period … & they refuse to refund my money but will send me my product again ????.

  44. There are dozens of these scams out there in Web-land, mainly because Garcinia Cambogia is a cheap supplement to produce.

    If you really want to see what the stuff can do for you, just go to Walgreens. They have a 100-caplet bottle of 60% HCA containing ONLY the G.Cambogia (not one of these mixtures) for less than $20. The brand is Nature’s Science, and I love it.

    It’s not a miracle pill by any means, but I found it does work for me as a mild to moderate appetite suppressant. Whether or not it inhibits fat, I couldn’t tell you, because the pounds I’ve dropped (slowly) may be because I’m paying attention to what I eat, or maybe it does work.

    But stay away from these “free trial” screamer ads–especially the ones that DON’T let you read the Terms and Conditions so you can see this “negative option marketing” deal (that’s what this trial-but-you’re-signing-up-for-autoship thing is called). Your wallet will thank you.

  48. You must cancel within 14 days to not be charged, unfortunately the details of this cancellation do not show up when you are ordering or in the shipment. You only find out when the bill comes and then they refuse to refund you because you did not read the fine print, which did not even exist!! All they want is your money and not your business, not a legitimate ethical company!!

I order that on Sept. 6, 2017 and I receive it late and never use it but I never give your company my permission to withdrawal any money from my account with wills Fargo bank and using my card. Your Comp withdraw 2 times the amount of $89.97 on Sept. 21, 2017 and Oct. 23, 2017 without any permission from me.
    I canceled your service on Oct. 21, 2017 (cancelation # 5254128)
