Is Garcinia Wow a scam?

Is Garcinia Wow a scam?

It seems that almost every day we come across a new garcinia cambogia supplement, which I suppose is unsurprising since it is still riding the wave of popularity gained from its first appearance all those months ago on the Dr Oz Show.

One of the latest garcinia cambogia supplements is called Garcinia Wow that claims to help “burn fat without diet or exercise”.

Now even if this claim were true, which I doubt, I would never recommend anyone attempt to lose weight without making changes to their diet and exercise regimes.

Not only will you see better results through a healthier lifestyle but you will also be able to re-train your mind so that you are able to keep the weight off after you stop using the supplement.

In this review we will look at Garcinia Wow in more detail to see if its claims can be verified, or if as I suspect is not all that it is made out to be.

Claims made by Garcinia Wow

Garcinia Wow has made the following claims on its website:

  • Helps stop fat production
  • Suppresses your appetite
  • Increases serotonin levels

Now, these claimed benefits are what you would expect to see from a garcinia cambogia supplement. Whether it can offer these benefits remains to be seen.

Ingredients used to make Garcinia Wow

Garcinia Wow contains 800 mg of garcinia cambogia with 60% HCA, which is certainly a good amount.

I would expect that using Garcinia Wow alongside a healthy lifestyle would help see faster results.

Cost to buy Garcinia Wow

The main problem with Garcinia Wow is its cost, which may not immediately be clear to you as it is hidden away in their terms and conditions.

As with most trial offers you will have to pay a small postage fee when you first sign up ($4.95). Unfortunately this will not be the last charge you will see on your account.

At the end of the 14 day trial period you will be charged the full purchase price of $79.95. You will also be sent further monthly packages, again with the high charge.

Is Garcinia Wow a scam?

While Garcinia Wow have covered their actions legally by including their payment terms in their T&Cs this will not stop the accusations that this trial is a scam from disgruntled customers.

If they were more upfront with the hidden costs then there would be less complaints, but then there would be fewer customers as the supplement itself is overpriced.

In my opinion you would be better off looking for an alternative. There are various alternatives that are made from similar ingredients, but cost significantly less.

How to contact Garcinia Wow?

To cancel your auto ship subscription or simply to contact Garcinia Wow I would suggest using one of the following methods:

Email: support@healthynb.com
Phone: 888.656.8893

If you have signed up for this trial offer then we would love to hear about your experiences. Please leave a message below.

Alternative to Garcinia Wow

A better alternative to Garcinia Wow is Garcinia Pure, which is a supplement that contains even more garcinia cambogia, so offers even more benefits.

You can buy a months supply for $62 from the Evolution Slimming website, without having to sign up for any auto ship program, meaning you wont experience any hidden charges.

  1. Seems to me the whole sales pitch, and Garcinia Wow , is a scam. Product doesn’t work as claimed. Very difficult to terminate the monthly charges. Their cancellation procedure says to contact them by e-mail or telephone. Problem is, no one is at home on the telephone and the e-mail cancellation procedure says that a telephone call is the only way to cancel. Their other product, Garcinia XS, is linked in with a different telephone number. The number they furnish is a call to Verizon. Looks like FDA needs to look into Healthy New Beginnings business practices. At the moment, the only practicle solution is to cancel the credit card used so as to stop their business practices and billings.

  2. What Ben has said is all true. This is a total scam and this company is very sneaky and saavy in that fact that they don’t advertise their cancellation policy unless you take the time to read their 10+ page return/cancellation policy. You have only 10 days to cancel from the date in which you order the trial products. There are two products linked to two different telephone numbers. Expect to wait over 30 minutes for POOR assistance. The customer service representative that I finally got a hold of was extremely rude and failed to assist me in a proper manner. The representative told me to shut up and listen to her as I was expressing my thoughts regarding this matter. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. You have 30 days in which to return the re-order product, not the trial version, which is not able to be returned, and are expected to be charged a $10.00 restocking fee plus the return shipping costs. There are two different addresses for Garcinia Wow and Garcinia WS and you must call to get a RMA number (but remember, you have to wait over 30 minutes) otherwise don’t expect a refund. I’ll be contacting the BBB and disputing this with my credit company unless Garcinia contacts me and has this resolved appropriately.
