Get Fit Fast Workout

If you are short of time, but wish to get a good workout done then this will help.

You do not need much space, and this workout can be completed both inside or outside. The only requirement is a step or a bench, or as shown in this video a chair.

How to perform the Get Fit Fast Workout?

For this particular workout you will perform 4 sets, with no rest between exercises. You should keep your rest time between sets to a minimum.

You will perform the following movements:

  • 20 Alternating step-ups
  • 15 Squat jumps with bench butt touch
  • 10-15 Toes on step push-ups
  • 15 Triceps push-ups on step
  • 50 Angry punches in a squat position
  • 10 Squat jumps onto step
  • 45-second Plank (optional: toes on step)
  • 15, each leg, Lunges (option: back leg on step)
