#1: Cut back on processed foods

As well as its overall weight loss benefits, cutting back on processed food or junk food is a good idea to help reduce water weight.

Foods such as crisps and canned foods are full of sodium (salt) that can cause your body to retain water, I would suggest consuming natural foods if possible.

#2: Eat more raw foods

There are certain foods that can act as a natural diuretic, for example you could add the following to your diet:

  • Green beans
  • Watermelon
