Is the Green Tone Pro trial a scam?

Is the Green Tone Pro trial a scam?

It seems that there is a growing number of companies looking to exploit the insecurities of others by offering seemingly too good to be true trial offers of supplements containing popular weight loss ingredients such as Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia.

One such supplement is Green Tone Pro, which has a growing number of complaints that it is an auto ship scam.

Are these reports accurate though, and should Green Tone Pro be avoided? Lets find out shall we?

Claimed benefits of Green Tone Pro

The following claims have been made on the Green Tone Pro website:

  • Burn fat quicker and more efficiently
  • No side effects
  • No drugs used

Although brief, the ability to burn fat is something many of us with to happen when taking a dietary supplement.

To see if this supplement could help burn fat we would need to see what ingredients it is made from.

Ingredients of Green Tone Pro

Although claiming to be made from a combination of Raspberry Ketones, Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean the website itself has chosen to focus it attention on its use of Garcinia Cambogia.

Apparently Green Tone Pro contains 800 mg of 100% pure Garcinia Cambogia with no fillers or binders, which provides 50% HCA (hydroxycitric acid).

This is okay, although you will find other supplements containing more of this ingredient.

It is also a little disappointing that no information has been provided on the amount of Raspberry Ketones and Green Coffee Bean found in this product.

Cost of Green Tone Pro

One of the biggest issues with Green Tone Pro is its price, which is handily hidden away in the terms and conditions (a common tactic used by trial offers).

The initial cost of the 14 day trial is $4.95, however what you may not realise is that after this trial period has ended the full cost will be charged to your account. Meaning you are paying an extra $89.97.

These charges will continue every month until your membership to this trial offer is cancelled.

Is Green Tone Pro a scam?

Trial offers such as Green Tone Pro are often referred as scams, and for good reason. Although they have covered themselves legally those who have unfortunately signed up for this trial are going to feel that they have been scammed.

For this reason trial offers such as this should be avoided. It will cost you more than you think.

Alternative to Green Tone Pro

To buy an alternative to Green Tone Pro I would recommend that you try Ketone Balance Duo, which is available to buy from the Evolution Slimming website.

This particular supplement may not contain Garcinia Cambogia, but it does contain both Raspberry Ketone and Green Coffee Beans.

A months supply will cost $62, which is cheaper than what Green Tone Pro is offered for.

  1. Hi, I would appreciate a refund on my credit card that you used in May which is May 9 for the trial purchase then on May 10th apparently an order was put in even before my trial period was over. Again on May 23rd, to orders have been ship out without my consent. I have NOT received those and if I do, it will be sent back to you. This is fraudulent charges and the bank have been made aware of it.
My request is for you to stop anymore shipment of your product through my credit card account that now has an overcharge fee that needs to be paid. If you need to contact me please do so after 3:30p.m. At 705-272-4552. Thank you for answering my request so promptly.
