To lose weight you need to start eating healthier, which can be easier said than done.

This is useful as vitamin A can be used to maintain a strong immune system, and for healthy eyes.

Eggs are a good source of protein, which is beneficial for anyone looking to lose weight or maintain muscle mass.
You can prepare eggs in a variety of ways, including boiling and scrambled. I would suggest avoiding the fried variety if weight loss is your aim.
Guilt-free food #3: Peanut butter
Peanut butter contains monounsaturated fats that can help lower the risk of heart disease.
It is also a good source of protein and fibre, with both able to fill you up and keep you feeling full for an extended amount of time.

These nuts are a good snack food option as they are full of fibre and protein. Just make sure to stick to the unsalted varieties.
