“I’ve always struggled with my weight.”

“There’s been a lot of pressure on me for four years now and I always felt like the bigger one on the show and I got the most stick for it.”

“It’s just nice to walk around and not have people say things.”

How did she achieve her goal?

Holly’s weight loss is mostly down to healthy eating, a few protein shakes and working out with her personal trainer 3 times a week.

This has meant that Holly has had to cut back on her late night boozing and kebabs, instead her diet now includes meals full of lean meat and vegetables.
