While these are recommendations, whatever exercise you can do will be of benefit to you.
Even if you only have a spare 5-10 minutes each day, if you perform HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training then it is certainly possible to burn off hundreds of calories in just a few minutes.
Many of you may not be able to perform intense exercise, but similarly whatever you can do will be of benefit. The trick is to keep pushing yourself to new goals daily.
