Ex Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland, 34 has recently revealed the secret to her recent 70lb weight loss, just 4 months after she gave birth to her baby son Titan.
How did she lose weight?
Kelly has revealed that she has managed to lose weight thanks to Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins and the fitness classes she takes at SoulCycle.

SoulCycle is claimed to be “indoor cycling reinvented”, with each workout taking 45 minutes you will perform fat-burning cardio, with a full body workout with hand weights and choreography to work your core.

Kelly is also an advocate of the 80/20 diet, so she will eat healthily 80% of the time, while allowing herself the occasional treat.
“The 80/20 rule is all the way real, 80 percent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you’re eating clean.”
“And 20 percent of the time, have guacamole, a ton of it like I do, and a margarita and maybe queso too.”
