Lauren Goodger Weight Loss Transformation

Lauren Goodger Weight Loss Transformation

Over the past few weeks ex TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has revealed a number of images showing her weight loss progress for her upcoming fitness DVD.

No doubt hoping this will replicate the success of Geordie Shore stars Charlotte Crosby and Vicky Pattison.

Why has Lauren decided to lose weight?

The 28 year old has spoken at length about how unhappy she looks.

“I don’t want to be a fat failure any more!”

“I’ve said before I want a Miami beach body and the girls have spent time in Los Angeles and Miami so this time I hope I can prove everyone wrong and get the body I’ve dream of.”

With the paparazzi constantly on her back her insecurities can be debilitating, causing her to dread the photos published the day after a night out.

“I dread seeing pap pictures of myself after a night out because I’m not happy with how I look.”

Since leaving TOWIE Lauren has been pictured countless times, which will only add to her disgust.

“I’m 12st 9lbs and the heaviest I’ve ever been, but I’ve been distracting myself with other things so I don’t have to think about it.”

“I’ve been living in tracksuit bottoms and stretchy leggings. In my mind I’m still a size 12 but I’m obviously not. I feel disgusted. I look liked a beached whale.”

How is she achieving her goal?

Although reports are stating that Lauren will likely release her own fitness DVD at present she has set a goal of training 3x a week.

“I don’t want to be a fat failure anymore! I’ve set myself a target of training three times a week.”

She has even been pictured working out at Easter, when most people tend to spend their time overindulging on those chocolate eggs.

At present her workout consists of both cardio and toning exercises, although we will likely see what kind of training she has been doing once her DVD is released.

Whatever her motivation we must admit that she is looking slimmer and fitter than before, which has got to be a good thing.
