Sometimes your body will mistake thirst for hunger, so having a sip of water will help cut these cravings too.

#6: Increase your activity levels

You do not need a gym membership to burn calories and lose weight.

Plus, just by increasing your daily activities you can burn off many extra calories.

For example, you could walk to the shops instead of driving, or perhaps could walk instead of using the elevator.
