Following the birth of her daughter just 2 months ago it is amazing to see actress Mila Kunis back in great shape, but how has she lost that baby weight?
Well, speaking on The Late Late Show the 31 year has stated that she has achieved her goal simply by eating healthily and “breastfeeding workouts”.
“I seem to eat a lot, so that kind of keeps me going through the day.”
“I do love to eat healthy.”
Before her pregnancy with actor Ashton Kutcher the former 70s Show actress kept in shape by choosing healthy foods over junk, and by doing Pilates.
How can breastfeeding aid weight loss?
When you breastfeed you will naturally burn as much as 300-500 calories every day.
If your diet is healthy then this can go a long way to help you reach your weight loss goals even without exercise.
Eating healthily may be easier said then done however, as for most people raising a child is incredibly stressful that may lead to hunger cravings.
However, with support from family and friends there is nothing to stop you achieving your goal weight.

Mila Kunis is not the only celebrity fan of breastfeeding; The Avengers star Scarlet Johansson has recently revealed that she too has been using this method to get back in shape following the birth of her daughter.
“I’m nursing and I love it. It’s the best way to get back in shape.”

Talking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Eva Mendes has revealed how she has lost her baby weight, with her secret also being breast-feeding.
Breastfeeding is really helping and then obviously you want to be healthy for the baby because she’s eating kind of what I’m eating so you want to make good choices.
