Is Natural Cleanse Pro an auto ship scam?

Is Natural Cleanse Pro an auto ship scam?

Detox diets and cleansing are two buzzwords that anyone looking to lose a little weight has heard over the past year or so, but what are they?

Well, basically a cleanse or detox is the removal of stored waste material from your body, which also helps remove the built up toxins from our environment.

It is these toxins that cause numerous health problems and can prevent weight loss from occurring.

Of course you could detox naturally by cutting the junk food out of your diet and by drinking lemon water for a few days, but often people will reach for other methods such as colon cleansers for example.

A colon cleanser usually comes in pill form but when taken can cause the same reactions as a natural cleanse.

One colon cleanser that has seen a little popularity recently is Natural Cleanse Pro, yet not everyone has been happy with their purchase as unfortunately it is available as a trial, which inevitably leads onto an auto ship program.

Does Natural Cleanse Pro have any redeeming qualities though that would make signing up for the trial seem worth it?

Benefits of Natural Cleanse Pro

The following benefits have been claimed on the Natural Cleanse Pro website:

  • Lose weight naturally
  • Shrink your waistline
  • Purify your system
  • Increase energy levels

These benefits are reasonable and should Natural Cleanse Pro contain the correct ingredients then I can certainly believe them to be true.

However, before we can verify them we would need to look at the ingredients found in the formula.

Ingredients of Natural Cleanse Pro

Despite claiming to be made from all natural ingredients that can cleanse your body, burn fat and boost your metabolism there is no mention of what these ingredients are.

Without this important information how can you tell how effective this supplement is, or whether it is safe to use without causing any side effects.

Cost of Natural Cleanse Pro?

The initial cost of Natural Cleanse Pro is just $4.95, which is to cover the cost of postage. What you may not realise with this being a trial is that after the trial period has elapsed (14 days) you will be charged the full purchase price, which is an astonishing $89.99.

These prices are not in clear view on the website and have been handily hidden away in the terms and conditions, which as everyone knows no one ever reads.

If you did you will also discover that signing up for this trial offer means that they can ship you a new bottle ever month while charging you for the privilege too.

Is Natural Cleanse Pro a scam?

Natural Cleanse Pro may not be doing anything illegal, their terms and conditions explain in full what you are signing up for. However if you have signed up for this offer you will no doubt feel as though you have been scammed.

This is why we recommend that you read any T&Cs before you sign up for any offer.

Alternative to Natural Cleanse Pro

If you are interested in giving yourself a thorough cleanse but do not want to sign up for an auto ship program then I suggest that you take a look at DetoxPlus.

This supplement is available to buy from the Evolution Slimming website for just $31.

It is another colon cleanser like Natural Cleanse Pro but is not afraid to list its ingredients so you know what effects it will cause.

  1. Way more than an auto ship scam. More like theft. You sign up, then call to canx within the 14 days and they want a $50 canx fee. I said I didn’t want the fee and they said ok, call back in 14 days. Yea… THIS IS AFTER YOUR FIRST $100 shipment.

  6. At first they advertise that you only have to pay shipping and handling. What they don’t advertise is that once the trial period is up, they start charging you regular price. What I did was cancel my subscription 30 minutes after placing the order. I also threatened with taking legal action if they didn’t e-mail me a confirmation of cancellation.

As far as the product, it is the same thing you buy at GNC.

  7. I ordered this product as a free trial offer for 14 days and I only had to pay shipping. I recv’d the bottle nd started using it for a couple days. Prior to purchasing this product I did not do any type of research, which I will never do again. I actually called today to cancel before my 14 days of trial Was up. I cld once nd the line got disconnected nd then I tried again nd the canceled with no questions asked. I requested an email cancelation notice nd I haven’t recv’ it yet. Fortunately I recorded the conversation and told the representative on the line I was doing so. I will give an update whether or not everything hopefully goes as it shld.

  8. I just called to cancel my orders as well. The person I spoke to was polite and cancelled both products right away. I also requested an email confirmation like Melisa suggested, and received both of them within minutes of hanging up the phone with the representative. I am saving the emails just in case!

  9. I really got screwed. I cancelled but after I got stuck with fees $89.99 $99.99 $53.99 I called and the rep was no helpful at all. I have been charged for things I never received. I fell into a trap and sadly a very expensive trap that I could not and can not afford. Its so sad, people just want to get healthier and I should have known, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. They have a very bad contact system, they give you nothing other than an email address which was not helpful

  10. I bought garcinia cambogia and natural cleanse pro for my husband. It was a big mistake! I had no idea they are gonna charge me $99.99 and $89.99. I was trying to cancel on day 15 but they told me my trial ended so they can’t do it! However on the credit card no is different phone no for the company so I put it on google and there was different website with little different terms and policies! They are talking about 15 days trial instead of 14 days! So please don’t waste your time and money on buying this product!

I got through after about a 6 minute wait and spoke to Nicole.. Her only question to me.. “What was the reason for cancellation” and i almost went crazy on the phone!!! She calmly said ok your cancelled.. And i received and email within that minute! I feel very ripped off!!

  13. This is such a scam! I ordered this product assuming that I was paying for the shipping and handling charges of $4.95. Only to find out this morning that my account had been charges for $89.99 & $99.99-of which I can’t afford. Today is the 14th day and to try and get a hold of someone is ridiculis.

  14. I ordered this Nature Cleanse Pro as an additional product to the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Plus from an ad off Facebook. Yes, I should have known better but I only paid the $4.95 shipping for both and it didn’t say anywhere legibly that I was going to be charged $89.95. So, when my bank account was charged this god awful amount, I immediately called the company and they were fairly rude and not helpful. The best I could get was $30 off my purchase price. I absolutely was not ok with this and I ultimately had to cancel my debit card and get another one so it wouldn’t continue to be charged and to get my full $89.95 refunded. Thanks to Bank of Oklahoma! So, as to reporting if these products actually helped me lose weight, I haven’t gotten to try them before I left for vacation and then saw the charges which made me too mad to try them. So now that everything is all settled, I will give them a try and report back. Thanks for letting me vent!

  16. Scam!!!! Scam!!!!!! Scam!!!!! It all started when I bought the 14 day trial….I was supposed to be charged only $2.95 and received a charge for $4.95. Not that big of a deal so I let it go. Then about two weeks later I receive a charge for $79.95. I immediately called customer service and canceled my subscription or whatever it was that I had with this company. I was never given the option to speak to a live person so the cancellation was all done automated. It was a 3 day process to cancel some auto shipment deal that apparently I signed up for (didn’t read the fine print). Anyway long story short, I was able to cancel all this bs with the help of my bank. Lord and behold a month later here I am being charged again, $85.95 to be exact. I immediately called cleanse pro customer service to dispute the charge. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jason who apparently was also the top supervisor. I had absolutely no luck with this guy. He was unable to give me a straight answer as to why my account was charged after I had canceled my account with them. I tried to explain numerous times that I had canceled what ever deal I had with them last month, therefore no charge should have appeared on my account this month. All he kept saying was he was sorry, he didn’t know, and that it was my fault. When I asked him for a tracking number to a package that was supposedly sent to me yesterday he told me he was unable to provide that information because USPS did not provide them with a tracking number. He contradicted himself saying that the package was mailed out and I should receive it today, then he said that the package would be mailed out later on today and that I should receive it within 3 to 5 business days. Once again long story short I had no luck with this gentleman. I demanded he give me a full refund he said he was only able to credit me 15% of that purchase I said no you give me a full refund or I will call the better business bureau on your company. He then said okay I can give you a 25% refund I said no!!! After 30 long minutes of getting nowhere with him I decided to call my bank to dispute once again these charges. So far my bank has been awesome at getting me a refund and I hope they are able to do it once again. I hate this company and I do not recommend anyone else do any business with them whatsoever. They are scamming seats and they might get away with their bullshit with some poor person but they messed with the wrong person when it comes to me. If they did the same to you please fight your right to your refund And don’t let a scheming company like cleanse bro take your hard earned dollars.

  17. I purchased the trial in June. I tried to cancel order and one phone line was disconnected, the other was never answered. I called my bank to dispute charges. My bank paid me back. She tried to call numbers as well and had the same issue – disconnected and no answer. I did not get another shipment after that and they have charged my account again after 2 months (no shipment). I called numbers again, disconnected. The second number was answered by Dawn. I told her this was a scam. She did send email confirmation of cancellation. There has been no repayment to me. My bank will have to dispute with them again. I asked to speak with a supervisor. There was not one available. I asked to speak with that persons supervisor, I was put on eternal hold. All the websites are the same. They offer the same product with the same scam. It’s more than likely the same thugs and they are making a lot of money!! Best thing to do for weight loss is eat healthy and exercise!

MY PROBLEM IS WITH TRYING TO GET THE ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN RETURN THE CLEANSE PRO ITEM. I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL THE AUTOSHIP VIA TELEPHONE BUT THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY FOR THE CLEANSE PRO IN THE AMOUNT OF $42.71. I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK TO DISPUTE THESE CHARGES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY NUMBERS OR ADDRESS THAT YOU MAY HAVE SO THAT I CAN SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON AND NOT A PRE RECORDED MESSAGE. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. HOPING THAT WE ALL CAN RECOVER OUR MONEY FROM THESE THIEVES. THIS IS REALLY SOME REAL BS.

  21. These products are truly a SCAM. These companies are not making any money from the products they are making money by not refunding the full amounts. The Garcinia Advanced returned my $89.95 after I returned both of the products to them. They failed to tell me that Cleanse Pro was going to charge me $79.95 and to send their produst back th them. When I spoke with Cleanse Pro they informed me they are not affilated with Garcinia Advanced but the advertisement showed both the products as one. Cleanse Pro only refunded half. When I asked for the exact leagl name and address so that I could file a complaint, they would not give it to me and hung up. I am reporting this company to the BBB, RIPoff Report, Facebook (where I ordered it from) and any other agency where my voice can be heard. I have also contacted my bank and to make sure there will be no more charges.

  22. They charge on the 15th day…but if you threaten them with court they cave and give you the return address. Call the numbers listed above and dial zero that will take you to their customer service staff. I had a shouting match with one of the women for the garcinia advanced and finally got told if I send what was left back I would get a full refund. The cleanse pro is a different number they van give you that number at the garcinia place. The return address is the same. For both. Be careful though the numbers have changed a lot on the past six years.

  23. I called CleansePro. I called the number and hit 0 a couple times to actually speak with someone. Do not use the automated cancel option. That will charge you $42.71 without your consent. Speak with someone. He first wanted to give me 15% back then 25% and I stood my ground and said no I will send the product back regardless. I do NOT want it and I will NOT pay for it. The address I got to return the product is 3760 W McFadden Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92704-1392 and he gave me a RMA number that has to be on the package. Once they receive the product I will get the whole 42.71 back.

I didn’t call Garcinia yet but I will be calling my bank before I do. Call your bank and let them know you don’t want anymore charges from these companies allowed. Show them the shipping charges and say you do not consent to anymore charges from those companies and your bank can block that. That way they can’t charge you after you cancel just as a precaution. I will be doing that before I call Garcinia so they can’t trick me like CleasePro did.

Best of luck to you all. What awful people.

  25. Scam….used first order, did not work. In the meantime, received second order. Returned with note to cancel any future order. Received new order. Returned two orders and after talking to customer service will only get credit for one return. So I only kept one which did not work at all and had to pay for three. What a bunch of crap and I told them so, to no avail whatsoever. They said I had to read the terms and condition. Try figuring out that.

  27. Not only was the auto sign up thing not mentioned on the website, there was no paper work with the pills that they sent. I had no idea I had to call. I got an email today from my Credit Card company for possible fraud charges so I called them to sort it out. A month after I had ordered the same bottles for $4.95 and $5.95, four other charges have gone on my card ($89.95, $79.95, $94.90 & $85.90) I called the company to find out why they are charging me and not communicating anything to me or sending product and all the guy (John) kept saying was that he apologized and all he can do is cancel the account. I demanded my money back. I was put on hold & he said as a courtesy, he can get me a 15% refund on the charges that went through today and an email canceling my ‘account’. This company is such a scam!

Finally she said I could mail it back and get the $42 that was immediately charged to my card as SOON as i hit 1 for cancelling…ridiculous. been taking it a week and haven’t lost an ounce…

When I called them, they claimed they’re a reputable company even though I told them they delivered false advertising. Thank God my bank reimbursed me due to the fraud charges. I can’t believe idiots that run these type of scams stay in business after all the complaints that get reported about them! I definitely learned my lesson and I believe all their dirty dealings will get revealed in time. “For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open, and everything that is concealed will be brought to light and made known to all” Luke 8:17.

  30. On Nov. 4 I ordered Cleanse Pro and Garcinia Advanced. I didnot do any reached on them to see that all of it was a scam. I called Cleanse Pro to cancel my order, first she told me I have to pay 89.00, i said no, then she said to pay $42.00 i said hell no, then she said i should pay $14.00 and they would cancel my order, I told her i will not pay one cent because this is a damn scam. Anyway she did send me a cancelled notification and another notification to return the unopen bottle, but I already open the bottle so I will send back the the open bottle.
Then I called Garcinia Advanced, I was so mad because the rep. was telling me that she could not find the shipping address where the order was ship to. I can’t believe these people. I ask to speak to someone else and she would not let me speak to anyone else finally I was so mad I had to hang up the phone. Oh, and she was asking me for my last four digits of my credit card which I refused to give her. Is there somewhere we can report these people. They are scamming people and getting away with it. I will go to my bank tomorrow.

Which is crazy how can your trial start before you even get the produt in your hand. Then I was told to ship the remaining product in order to get a full refund. I was giving a RMA# that I put on the envelope. I have been waiting and calling now for 3 weeks and I’m continously being told that the warehouse hasn’t gotten it yet and when it does I will be issued a full refund. The product didn’t work in the first place. I’m going to start a blog that will expose these people for what they are.
