Phen375 vs PhenTabz

Phen375 vs PhenTabz

Nowadays people are generally bigger than they were say twenty years ago. Some of this is due to our ever increasingly sedentary lifestyles, but most is due to our diets and the sheer amount of junk food we eat.

The problem with this weight gain is that it leads to a large number of health conditions such as diabetes and heart disease that can limit the quality of your life and could result in an early death.

If you have gained a little weight recently then you should make wholesale lifestyle changes to both your diet and activity levels.

Phen375 vs PhenTabzYou may even want to try to use a proven fat burner if you want to give your efforts a little extra help.

Phen375 and PhenTabz are two of the more popular fat burners available to buy, but which is the better option? Lets look at their ingredients, whether they are effective and whether they are safe to use.

How can Phen375 & PhenTabz help with weight loss?

Both Phen375 and PhenTabz are fat burners that are designed to burn off any excess calories within your body, before then starting to break down and burn fat.

These fat burners work by increasing your metabolic rate, which as any dieter will tell you is an essential part of any weight loss attempt.

What are Phen375 & PhenTabz made from?

The ingredients found in Phen375 are Calcium carbonate, Chromium picolinate, Capsicum, Caffeine, Citrus aurantium and L-carnitine.

PhenTabz on the other hand is made from Octopamine, Methylhexaneamine and 1,3,7 Trimethylxanthine.

Octopamine is sometimes known as bitter orange, which is said to release fat from fat cells.

Methylhexaneamine was used as a nasal decongestant, but after the banning of Ephedrine it has been used as an alternative as it is a natural stimulant.

1,3,7 Trimethylxanthine is pharmaceutical grade caffeine so is a powerful stimulant.

Are Phen375 & PhenTabz safe to use?

Unfortunately PhenTabz do not list the quantities of each ingredient used so it is almost impossible to tell if is safe to use.

What is known is that both bitter orange and caffeine can cause increased heart rates and blood pressure. There has even been an incident where a seemingly healthy young man suffered a heart attack after taking bitter orange.

High dosages of caffeine have also been linked to headaches, insomnia and the jitters.

Phen375, although also containing caffeine is not afraid to list its ingredients and does not rely solely on caffeine to burn fat.

There have been no reported side effects from any Phen375 user.

How expensive are Phen375 & PhenTabz?

Both Phen375 and PhenTabz cost around $60 (£46) for a months supply. However you will have to pay for delivery if you wish to buy PhenTabz.

Phen375 is currently offering free delivery to all UK residents.

Is Phen375 or PhenTabz the best option?

Phen375 is the best option as although PhenTabz looks a good option there is no way to know that it is effective or safe to use without actually knowing what dosages of each ingredient have been used.

Phen375 wins

Where to buy Phen375?

The only place you can buy Phen375 is from its official website. Phen375 is not available to buy on Ebay or Amazon so any bottles you do see listed are likely to be fake.

    • Unfortunately Phen375 is not suitable for those with high blood pressure.

As for daily dosages, usually 2 capsules daily (1 before breakfast and another before lunch). Shipping costs start from $19.95 to Australia. 🙂
