What is the QuickSlim trial?

QuickSlim is a weight loss drink made from Glucomannan, which is an ingredient shown to aid appetite suppression as it expands when it touches water.

This weight loss drink is available on a free trial, which we are not fans of as many of these lead onto auto shipping programs that are a common online scam.

Is the QuickSlim trial another scam or is there truth in their claims to aid with your weight loss efforts?

Claims made by QuickSlim

The following claims have been made on the QuickSlim website:

  • Appetite suppression
  • Lowers cholesterol levels

It also claims that it can aid your slimming efforts without drastic diets, calorie counting, intense exercise or restricting yourself from your favourite foods.

Glucomannan has been proven to help with appetite suppression and has been shown to lower cholesterol levels, so these claims seem reasonable.

Lets see if there are any other ingredients we should be aware of.

Ingredients of QuickSlim

Although Glucomannan has been mentioned numerous times on the website, there does not seem to be any mention of dosage or if any other ingredients have been used.

This is disappointing as this information is extremely important when reviewing which supplement you should buy.

How are you going to know what effects you are going to experience without knowing what a supplement is made from?

Cost of QuickSlim

Despite claiming to be a free trial, the cost for the QuickSlim trial is $14.95 AUD, which is to cover the cost of postage and packaging.

This is not the true cost though as this payment is only for a 14 day period. Once this time elapses you will be charged $189 AUD, which is frankly a ridiculous price to pay for a supplement.

Is QuickSlim a scam?

14 days is not a sufficient time to trial any product, especially when you factor in the time it takes to be delivered too.

These kind of sales tactics are used to entice people to sign up to the offer without reading the terms and conditions. Then charging the customer an extortionate amount that they have very little chance of getting back.

Trials of dietary supplements should be avoided. They are simply not worth your time.

Alternative to QuickSlim

A proven alternative to QuickSlim is Glucomannan Plus that you can buy from the Evolution Slimming website for $85 AUD.

This supplement is also made from Glucomannan but actually lists its dosages so you know exactly what effects you will experience.

You also do not have to sign up for a potentially expensive trial.
