While it is of course a good idea to drink water, and we are advocates of this particular tip as you really should be trying to avoid those sugar-filled caffeinated soft drinks.

What we cannot recommend is living off 6 litres of water everyday, which is reportedly what Khloe Kardashian has tried previously.

There have been reports of death by people who have suffered water intoxication (sometimes called hyponatremia) through the consumption of too much water.

Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson has said that she will clean her teeth often as the taste of mint will put her off eating.
