Oscar winner for Best Original Song, Sam Smith has been in the news a lot over the past few months after undergoing a new fitness regime that has seen him lose 3 stone.

Speaking to CBS at the Grammy Awards, the 23 year old singer has simply stated:
“I’ve just not eaten like a pig anymore – that’s what I’m doing, basically.”
He also stated in an interview with Entertainment Tonight:
“It’s very very difficult. I love food so much so it’s a constant battle. It’s always going to be a battle but I’m trying my best.”

- Eating dark leafy greens like broccoli, kale and brussels sprouts

- Organic, humanely raised meat, poultry and fish
Amelia Freer also suggests psychotherapy to help solve any food-related emotional issues, which Sam has claimed to have issues with.
