    • I wouldn’t recommend looking to lose weight fast. It will likely return just as quickly as it is lost as you may end up using methods that are not designed for long-term results.

      My suggestion would be to think of your weight loss as a lifestyle change, cut back on the junk food, start eating healthier ‘whole’ foods and try and get regular exercise.

      It maybe a slower way to lose weight but the long term results will be better.
