Should you avoid the Supra Cleanse 350 trial?

Should you avoid the Supra Cleanse 350 trial?

Nowadays we are surrounded by toxins, from the food we eat to the air we breathe.

Unfortunately, once these toxins reach a certain level within your body you may start to experience various health issues such as weight gain.

By removing these toxins and stored waste your overall health will be instantly improved and weight will be lost.

One way to remove these toxins is with a colon cleanser.

Supra Cleanse 350 is one such product, but it has seen a few negative reports online from disgruntled customers who have claimed that it is a scam. What is the truth behind this colon cleanser?

Claims made by Supra Cleanse 350

The following claims have been made on the Supra Cleanse 350 website:

  • Cleanse colon and lose weight
  • Flatten your belly
  • Boost your energy
  • Relieve constipation

Before we can verify these claims we would have to look at what ingredients are present in the Supra Cleanse 350 formula.

Ingredients of Supra Cleanse 350

Although Supra Cleanse 350 mentions that it is made using 100% natural ingredients there is no mention of what it contains.

This is extremely disappointing as you really need to know what is present to know how effective it is and whether it is safe to use with no side effects.

Price of Supra Cleanse 350

Supra Cleanse 350 is available on a 14 day trial that will initially cost £5.99.

If you do not cancel within this period you will be charged £89.99, which is ridiculously expensive for a supplement that may not even work.

Worst still is that signing up for this trial means you are also signing up for any auto ship program where you will continue to be charged monthly until you cancel your membership.

In our opinion you should look for a cheaper alternative and stay away from trial offers.

Is Supra Cleanse 350 a scam?

There is a growing number of unhappy customers all claiming that Supra Cleanse 350 is a scam.

This is not surprising as its dubious sales tactics will leave many significantly out of pocket.

Contact details for Supra Cleanse 350

At first glance you may find it difficult to find any contact information for Supra Cleanse 350, however hidden away in the terms and conditions is an email address optout@supracleanse.com

Again, this is another worry that should make your decision not to sign up for this trial offer even easier.

If you have been unfortunate enough to have signed up for the Supra Cleanse 350 trial then we would love to hear from you. Please leave a comment below.

Also, please share this review on Facebook and Twitter so that others can avoid the same experience.

Alternative to Supra Cleanse 350

If you want to gently cleanse your body but do not want to sign up for an auto ship program then DetoxPlus is a great option.

This supplement is available from Evolution Slimming and costs just £19.95 for a months supply, which as you can plainly see is a much better price than Supra Cleanse 350.

I was stooged with this as well, not once but twice…. First with the garcinium trial offer then second time with the super cleanse offer which you are apparently meant to take with each other.
        2 x $109 and 2 x $3.99 aud.
I’ve received 1 of the 2 products…. And by the packaging it looks like it’s come from Asia, I’m a little scared to try!
        Scammers. So wrong.
I’ve cancelled my card with the bank now.

The money taken was £180 in total so we will have to do without food until we can borrow off someone else until we get paid again as the bank is going to stop anymore payments.

      • Do not sign up for this they are a complete scam. I have had two lots of £89.99 and two lots of £5.99 taken they use a different name each time to get around the fact you would have told your bank to stop the payment to the original name.

Cancelling your card will not stop them my bank just said they can still claim the money using auto enrolment it’s a nightmare I am now going to close my bank account and open a new one with a different bank, but in the meantime I will have to try and get some of this money back. There should be a law against this happening!

We are going to take legal action if the money is not paid back.

I will never order any trial products anymore, first and last time. Now Barclays is telling me they can only try to get back the £89.99 from each of them, so I’ve lost £180 just like that, I cannot believe this.

Unfortunately I do not speak French so I will post my response in English.

    • Does the cancelation email work? Do u think it is best to cancel the card used as well? I’ve recently been had myself, also still haven’t received the product and they took the trial money out on the 5th April. And on the 21st April they took £89.99.

      Reply
      • Hi Jessi, I reckon is better to cancel the debit/credit card which you used for SupraCleanse. The same thing happened to me and I cancelled my debit card to avoid additional charges to be debited from my account.
I only authorised the amount of USD3.99 for the shipping fee for the free trial but they’ve debited another amount of USD39.99 giving me an excuse that it is the handling fee. So best to cancel the card used to avoid further charges.

        Reply
        • Cancelling your debit/credit card won’t stop them taking money from it, which is still your responsibility to pay even if you did cancel the credit card. It states clearly in the terms and conditions that if you don’t optout within 14 days of placing your order, then you will be charged for the product. This applies even if you haven’t taken delivery of the product. I got caught out, with SupraCleanse and also Garcinium. I placed an order for each for the low trial offer, but I failed to read the terms and conditions. Lo and behold, after 2 weeks of placing the order they took $113 Australian dollars twice. One for each product. 3 weeks after placing the order the products arrived. I don’t like it, but I realise I have to wear this cost. The worst part is that 8 days after I opted out of the program, they took another $113 plus postage. This is now being disputed and my bank is handling that. Both Garcinium and Supracleanse never responded to any of my optout/cancellations emails until I wrote and told them that Legal Action is pending. They wrote the same letter from both products, saying they won’t send anymore. HAHAHAHA., as today I received one of their products. I won’t be sending it back to them until they pay the postage. My warning to everybody…..DO NOT TAKE THE TRIAL, as even if you opt out, they’ll still bill you.

          • I got caught up in this mess too, but I contacted them before the 14 days and they have taken over 200 from my account even when I rang and emailed. So annoyed that I even bothered thought I was going to try something amazing but no. Will be seeking legal aid to sort this matter out too.

          • I’ve just had $309 taken out of my account with no trail products turnig up beforehand as well just spoke to my bank they said once u cancel your card they can’t take money from it because it doesn’t exist. I sent an email to Cancellationsupracleanse[dot]com requesting a refund and to cancell future orders.

          • OMG

terms and conditions… legally there is none posted sop the law in NZ does not stand. I would beg to question whether it would stack up in court as its online… what if the person was under 18? how would they know this? legally they would have trouble with this… cancel the cards … I will also smear this scam all over facebook because they are crooks… terms and conditions…. what about fair trades act? Does that not apply to them because they are online? no… this is absolute theiving

          • Hi,

I am going threw the exact same process now. I ordered my product on the 3rd of June and it has only arrived today on the 17th and I have e-mailed them but there is no answer they took $109.99 and then $199 14 days after the initial payment of $12 which is what I thought was the only cost! Now I am trying to cancel everything and it isn’t working. Do you know if there is a number I can call?

          • how do they still take the money if the card and account is cancelled?!

          • I I WAS GOING TO DO THE TRIAL //// BUT NOT NOW //// THANK YOU.

          • this happened to me to. So you eventually got the product? I haven’t received anything

          • I would like to join you in any legal action yu are planning to take. We must put an end to this scamming. lets get a class action lawsuit going.

        • Actually Dr. Oz (or any show really) is not a reliable source. He has these things on his show so he can get viewers. There have been times I went to my family doctor and talked about the things I have seen on Dr. Oz. My doctor has said to me, that he does not trust Dr Oz’s opinions as they are biased towards “fast fixes”. They are, if you think about it. Every year I see another weight loss program/pill that he endorses. It’s sickening to see what he does.

Anything promoted by him I am skeptic about. Looks like I was right here before I bought it.

Can you please let me know how or who to contact since you said you got them and your money back. I have been trying to find them with no luck. They took twice the amount of $99.99 from my bank account and I fear the only way I can do something about it now is to close my accounts and get new ones which is a big problem because of all the payments and withdrawals that come monthly for the day to day living expenses. Everything comes out of this account and now I will have to advise each and everyone that I changed my account. Please be so kind as to let me know who to contact and how I can get my reimbursement for the $200.00 they took freely out of my account. Thanks a million!

The advert said £5.99 for both products & if cancelled with 14days no further payments would be taken. When I checked my account 2 payments of £89.99 had been taken & never a £5.99. I tried to contact the company as per the instructions on the email but the link had been closed (helpline) the telephone number also was a dead tone. My bank informed me they continue to take payments and even change the company name & continue to take payments. I have to continually check my account. I’ve sent 8 cancellation emails and NEVER received a reply. Luckily i did get my my money back from the bank as i could prove i had sent a cancellation email within 14days.

They charged me once, and they’re going to try and charge me again since I apparently cannot cancel it. I emailed the cancellation email you already posted. Have any other ideas? Because I am at a loss. I do not recommend getting this product through them.

My credit card was charged 3 € +89 € 99 per SUPRACLEANSE PR. However, I have ordered Supra Cleanse 350, but by mail with a check: by prudense, I do not order online, I will disclose to anyone the numbers on the back of my card for the debited. I suspect that my bank card could be hacking during my recent stay in Rome. I hope I can get a refund of any sums unduly levied.

Too bad it costs 126 $ to ensure it will get there within the time allowed so I’m definitely gonna dispute with the bank. Oh and I never even got garcinium product!! I requested my card to be cancelled in case there are other unforeseen charges. It took almost a month for these dodgy stuffs to come. They replied my email after a week saying that I have to mailed it back within 30 days from the first time you ordered, but it took them almost a month to get here and how could I returned back to them within the time frame if that’s possible? And they offered you a 50% discount too, if you decided to retain the products.

I read the terms and conditions just before my 2 weeks was up – and I still hadn’t received my trial…that’s how they get you, your trials wont come within the 2 weeks so they start taking $120 a month out of your credit card
As soon as I read the terms and conditions, I cancelled my card.
Apparently that’s the only effective way to stop them, as they won’t listen when you request to cancel the order

I have canceled my card and am disputing the payments with my bank, hopefully i can get the money back!! I didnt read the small print when ordering, i just ordered the colon cleanse for the 5.99 postage and packaging, i received the tablets about 2 weeks later and i didnt mind the 5.99 going out of my bank, but friends told me i was silly as it was a scam and to go to my bank to have any further amounts from the company be blocked, i did and the bank gave me a number to ring and explain it so i did and they were very helpful and thought that was it nothing would happen but yesterday 89.99 went out of my account. I rang back the number and the woman told me the company had changed their name slightly and pushed for this payment and it shouldnt of went out so they refunded me my 89.99 within 3 hours, but i fear this might happen again, i have to ring them if it happens again.

  76. I too was scammed for both the Garcinium and SupraClense. This seems to be happening world-wide, I’m in Ireland. Just so annoyed at myself because I’m usually so careful buying things online. My card was charged almost €200 and the bank said it’s up to the company to issue a refund. The only thing the bank can do is prevent future charges from that company.

I emailed the support, optout and cancellation email addresses; yet to receive a reply. Also called the number to cancel and the mailbox was full. Is there anything that can be done to track down the company or anyone who can help pursue them legally?

    • I have been scammed for both Garcinium and Supracleanse. I have been done for two payments of £89.99. I have told my bank to not authorise any more payments. Hopefully this will work! I have tried to find the company but so far the only name I have found is IMMS Limited, Postbus 131 404 DC, Kesteren, Netherlands?

  77. hi everyone…i was a victim of this scam as well…from the time you ordered u will receive the bottles after 10 days…but u need to return to them after 14 days in any case u are not satisfied with the result…how on earth can u see the result in 4 days. this is their tactic so as they can easily get the money…

on the 14th day they will deduct the amt of subscription from ur card…

i was lucky enough that i immediately cancelled my card and dispute the transaction with my bank…i thought it was a hopeless case as the optout option will send u a reply saying that u can keep the bottle and be billed 50percent of the cost…u just need to trust ur bank and they will handle it accordingly. lucky to get my money after two months

  78. Just called my bank and they have blocked the SupraCleanse and Garcinium product transaction so hopefully this will help as they have taken out £89.99 for each product. If they do take out more I hope my bank will refund as they said they would.

Why did I not do any research first..I blame myself too.

  79. Hi there..

I went through a similar problem with them. Initially I thought I was paying a one off thing, the £5.99 for the free 14 day trial. I did not see anywhere on their site stating that they are going to be charging me £89.99 after 14 days. I ordered two products from them, they delivered one of the products but twice, so I have got two of the same product which I did not even need in the first place.

I tried calling their number, which I was told is 0031 208 084 781, I got that number once I called this one(this number is of a company which has no relation to supracleanse whatsoever but supracleanse decided to put their number on the site) +44 115 934 9934.

Even with emailing cancellations@supracleanse350.com, they still took out £180 out of my account and I did not authorise that kind of amount to be taken out. They took the money out today whilst I had already emailed them two days ago asking for them to take me out of their system and cancel any further payments because I did not want to be involved, yet, they still took out the money.

SO, I called my bank and asked them to cancel any future payments and they said they will refund me back my money (thank GOD).

This is a scam I believe! and I am stupid to have not researched further but I really do advice for no one to get their products anymore!!!

  80. I got scammed too. My credit card company advised me not to cancel my card because they have ways of continuing to charge your new card. He said that I must email them, saying that I no longer authorize them to charge my account, that I want a refund as I have not received the product. (I live in the far north and everything takes longer to get here so I didn’t think to much of it when it didn’t arrive in 5 days. ) Also the credit card guy told me to reference the last four digits of my credit card in the email. I got scammed by supra and Garcinium together. That’s what I get for trying to take short cuts.

  84. Hope this helps those of you who have lost out. Good Luck.

For years bank staff erroneously told consumers complaining of payments wrongly disappearing from their accounts that they couldn’t help, as continuous payments could only be cancelled by the company taking the payment.

Continuous payment authorities (CPAs) have long been used by firms supplying a host of services renewed each year, such as magazine subscriptions or breakdown recovery membership.

They are easy to set up – consumers simply hand over their debit or credit card details – but are notoriously difficult to cancel. More recently they have been adopted by some payday lenders to aggressively grab repayments, and increasingly by firms selling beauty products online – consumers agreeing to “free” trials of anti-aging creams found themselves paying for monthly shipments they couldn’t stop.

During an investigation the FCA found that banks and building societies were failing to cancel CPAs when asked to do so by a customer.

The body, which took over from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in April, said it has reminded the banks they must cancel a CPA themselves and not tell their customer to contact the merchant.

Payments in excess of £7.5bn are made each year through CPAs, with each transaction worth on average £45 – although for payday loans the average is £80.

The FCA also said that about 30,000 consumers who lost out because a bank failed as requested to cancel a CPA are in line for compensation.

This applies to all complaints made since November 2009 when the old FSA began regulating banking conduct. Consumers who lost out but didn’t complain should now do so.

Clive Adamson, the FCA’s director of supervision, said: “Customers can be confident that when they ask for a continuous payment authority to be cancelled, it will be cancelled – and can be done easily.

“We recognise that historically this is an area where some customers have struggled, but the banks and mutuals have responded positively to our work on this issue. From now on we expect them to be getting this right. In addition, they have committed to review past complaints.”

There’s me naively seeing a good offer where I just have to pay the postage and I’ll get nice and thin…no chance!
I completed the transaction on an iPhone and you can’t scroll down low enough to see terms and conditions, the confirmation email also says nothing about further payments and the email address give if you need more info, never replies. I paid my postage but have since been charged £97.99 and £89.99 TWICE within 2 weeks of each other! When I saw it on my statement I rang the bank and while they are able to stop any further transactions there’s very little else they can do! I’m so angry, i’ve ended up paying £376 for some diet pills I’ve never received!! My bank will try to get me a refund for goods not received but these companies are notoriously difficult to contact and claim back from so I’m not holding my breath. Such a big amount of money to lose, I cried at my own stupidity! If it looks too good to be true it always is!!

  98. Hello everyone,

i did the same mistake and only decided to search for reviews the day after i placed the order…it is weird enough to say that it took me 30 minutes to find the website and another 15 to find a “contact us” link. When i called the number and gave my information, very surprisingly, she could not find an account that matches, but i did receive an “email confirmation of my order” which does not give out much information. None of this made sense to me so after reading all your comments, I sent them an cancelation email fro each product and called my bank right away to cancel my card. No matter what happens next, I know that i did respect the 14-day deadline to cancel, and my bank confirmed that I am covered.

It really upsets me to see how these people (the word i have in mind is quite rude) can take advantage of honest people who are just trying to feel better about themselves.

Good luck to all of you and I really hope that there are some legal actions against those bastards!

  101. AUSTRALIANS WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED…READ BELOW

If you are not from australia you may still find some of this useful!!

I, like everyone else seems to have been SCAMMED by this company!!

I ordered my trial of the supracleans350 on 01.06.2014 and to date have not recieved any products. It’s been 49 days now. My credit card has been debited a total of $411.96 and I have recieved NOTHING!!

Alot of people are wanting to know what to do to cancel autoship and how to contact them. The following is copied directly from their Terms and Conditions:

    CANCELLATION:
For Customers who have enrolled in the Program the “Risk Free Trial” is applicable only to the first month’s shipment of SupraCleanse 350. If during the Trial Period you are in any manner disappointed you may cancel your Enrollment in the Program, no questions will be asked-no explanations required, and you will only be charged for the shipping and handling fee. In order to take advantage of the “Risk Free Trial” you must return the remainder of the product received in its entirety (See: Return Policy). For Customers that have enrolled in the Program cancellation requests must be made 10 days before your next 30 day supply is to be shipped in order to avoid additional charges for the cost of the Program Benefit and the Monthly S&H.
Upon Cancellation, you will no longer be eligible to receive any further Program Benefits.
Cancellation is effected by one of the two methods indicated below:
    A. Send an email to cancellations@supracleanse350.com and indicate your name, address, email address and request cancellation;
    B. Call the customer service line at +31 208084781 and provide your name, address, email address and request cancellation,

If you must call them then you will need to put 0011 infront of the number but I would advise not to bother calling as it only goes to a message service and No one answers or calls you back!!

If you email them and request cancellation they will eventually email you back (for me it was about 3 weeks). they have advised me that they have cancelled my autoship but would not credit me back unless i send back the products. Well clearly as I have to date not received any products they wont be doing this in a hurry!!

Make sure you put all your details in the cancellation email you send and tell them you want to cancel your membership and AUTOSHIP.

I have now gone to my bank and cancelled my credit card and they have lodged a dispute on my behalf. If they cannot get a refund from them they will credit my credit card back the full costs of what I was charged. Be advised: this will take time (I was told up to 120 days).

For those of you that have gone ahead and cancelled your credit cards and have still been charged from this company it is because most banks allow request you have authorised to auto charge to land on your credit card even if you have requested to cancel your card.

You have to email: cancellations@supracleanse350.com and indicate your name, address, email address and request cancellation; and tell them to stop any more autoshipments and to stop further charges !!

You also need to put in a dispute with your bank and get them to investigate the charges and then if after you have cancelled your credit card if you get further charges from this company you then need to call up your bank again and advise them of the extra charges and they will then lodge disputes for these charges as well.

Hopefully we all learn from our mistakes & don’t get Scammed like this again!!

    Hope this helps everyone 🙂

  102. Hello Everybody,

I ordered two products on the ‘free trial’ from what appears to be the same company. One was Supacleanse and one was Garcinia Cambogia. As soon as I placed my order last night I read all of your reviews and immediately sent emails to them to cancel. The Garcinia one went through slimming world so I emailed them and I emailed optout@garcinium.com. For the supracleanse I emailed cancellations@supracleanse550.com and optout@supracleanse350.com.

Slimming world replied me saying the free trial had been cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged for anything else. Then I also received an email from Garcinium telling me that they had cancelled my order and any auto-shipping that was meant to happen after 14 days. They tried to tell me that I need to return the bottles they had sent me and that if they have taken money out, they cant refund it until I return the bottle. Well I cancelled my order literally within an hour of ordering so I have nothing to send back. I sent them a very long email explaining this and saying I have proof of me cancelling and the email from slimming world and that I will be calling my bank and shut down my account if need be. I have not heard anything back from supracleanse.

I called my bank just a little while ago and it seems so far I have only been charged for the shipping but the woman said even if she puts an alert out for supracleanse THEY WILL USE DIFFERENT NAMES TO CLAIM THE MONEY. She said the best thing to do was to CANCEL MY CARD and she referred to the lost and blocking department where they blocked my card and are going to send me a new one. I am with LLYODS BANK in England.

I feel more at ease now and I hope this helps others 🙂

  109. From Queensland, Australia.

Adding on to my message last night, sent multiple emails to both garcinium and supracleanse350 on support, cancellation and optout email addresses for both, called contact number (which just so happens to be the same for both) and cancelled all orders as i ordered for myself and brother on my card because it was so cheap i didn’t mind paying for his. I have yet to receive an email back from them and now I don’t expect to.

I’ve just finished calling my bank and they are cancelling my card and declaring it as Lost & Stolen, effective immediately and if these people find some way around it then they will dispute it. If so, I should be directly refunded as I have saved ALL emails, their confirmations included, as well as T&C conditions so I’ve saved my ass.
So, the only thing that has been debited was the trial fee of $2.99 each and I was told there should be no further charge as my card’s been declared as stolen and any charge here on out will be investigated accordingly. Will pop into the bank when they open back up on Monday to confirm though.

My concern is to those who have cancelled their cards and are still being charged. Did you give them account numbers or just your card number. Also, did you use a debit card or a credit card? Any further information would be great as I find it strange that even though you’ve cancelled a card, they still have access to your new one.

Hopefully, I’ve just scammed the scammer $2.99 x 4 30day trial pots and they’ll try to access my account but won’t be able to because as it looks, they day they reply to the email to cancel it, is the day product is received or very close to. I won’t end up sending them back but won’t try them either.

Good Luck to ALL, and let’s spread the word!

    • That is what I am curious about to, I spoke to my credit card company, shared the horror stories of people who are still getting money taken out of their credit cards and how positive are you (the credit card company) that this won’t happen to me? They said if I had shared my credit card number and after cancelling it, they should not be able to dip into my account, but they will be able to see if someone is trying to charge something back to my account if they try and use my old credit card. This is a waiting game of cat and mouse 🙂

  113. I too ‘failed’ to investigate further on this product. I received mine in 10 days, the minute I received the box I saw it was from Taiwan and the label was COMPLETELY different to what was advertised. Straight away I refused to open the bottle breaking the seal, feeling like they had somehow mislead me and it seemed dodgy.

Here I was thinking I was getting a product from America since it said on one website ‘Supra Cleanse 350 is the certified product brand from the GMP (GMP is the certified research center of the USA)’ But it came from Taiwan? Maybe I am confused but my general thoughts tell me, you get certified in the same country your selling the product?.

So after a bit of research I landed on this site, read all the horror stories and thought ‘crap’ I’ve been scammed. I checked my credit card balance to see if only the postage was taken out which it was then reading the terms and conditions PROPERLY I had a little segment of time to cancel it.

After ringing my credit card issuer stating I have lost my credit card and I may have purchased something scamming online everything got shut down fast. Then I emailed supraclense350 and bluntly stated ‘I do not want this product, I was under the impression I was buying from a total different country. Two days later they replied with:

    Thank you for your email.
We received and processed your cancellation request.

Please note that you will no longer be eligible to receive any further SupraCleanse 350 Program Benefits.

  114. I too was conned by this ridiculous scam. I sent the cancellation emails 10 days after purchase and did not receive a reply. Today I noticed a large quantity of money had been taken from my account (despite having a new card as lost. The one I originally placed order with).

I contacted the company immediately and told them I will start legal proceedings as I had sent the cancellation request within the stipulated time frame. Strangely enough I recieved a response within 10 minutes asking me to send back the “trial product” and once they have recieved they will refund my money. I also contacted my bank and was advised that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done their end to claim back the money that was taken today, however they have put a “watch” on my account stopping this company from taking any more money and if they do it will automatically be refunded within 24 hours. However, this company changes it’s name to try and fool the system, my bank (Barclays) ae very much aware of this and advised me that should this happen I need to call them straight away where they will claim the money back straight away and will then fine the company….

I wish I had seen this thread before I was stupid enough to sign up (I always thought I had some sense until now…) please if you are readings these threads before signing up – think twice they will try anything to take money out of your account and rip you off.

  115. I was scammed too… I did receive products but do not want to take them as I am not sure if it is safe. I got charged the $5.99 then 15 days later $109.99 then 12 days later $5.99 and $109.99. I have since cancelled my cards and had to get completely new cards. They now can not continue to charge me, I had no idea how to contact them as they have had minimal correspondence. I have now emailed the opt out address…

DO NOT GET SCAMMED by these people…. I wish I had never have got sucked into the whole deal.

  116. Hi all, I posted back on July 26 when I ordered this product. The same as every else, as soon as I found this blog I called & left voicemails as well as send A LOT of emails to both “companies”. I have yet to be debited almost a month later *knock on wood* and I have received both products. Not only that, but I did get a response from Supra Cleanse a couple of weeks ago notifying me that if I wanted a refund I need to send the products back myself, which I will not be doing as it’ll cost more to send it back than it did to pay for the “cheap trial”

My debit card from which I ordered this scam through, has been cancelled but has also been reported stolen, so if there’s any chance of them trying to deduct money from that account, it’ll be refunded and investigated immediately.

So to those who order in the future, do not worry too extremely. Call up your bank, or go in and explain to them that you think you were involved as a scam and give them the names of the product. Tell them that with each deduction that they change the account name so blocking them from taking money out will not work so you NEED to cancel the card. Also, ASK that from reading this blog that some people have had their card’s cancelled and that when they received their new card, money was still being withdrawn and how is that even possible? From there they should be able to reassure you that if it does happen to you, that there can be some kind of resolution to the issue. The only catch is you need to do all this before the withdraw those big amounts from your account. Once they have withdrawn it before you’ve reported it, there’s no refunding it as the bank needs to get hold of them. And as we all know too well, there’s no chance of getting hold of these scheming a**holes!!

GOOD LUCK and I hope this information helps some one

    • Good blog. I did much the same. So far so good but I have had to bite the bullet and lose alot of money. The last parcel kept staring at me so I did send it back tracked etc and wait to see if I do get a refund. Doubt it but you never know !!!!!

  117. Same for me. Wish I’d seen this blog prior to my purchase of the trial. I have emailed several times and as I saw this blog today, I promptly sent a cancellation email for both products (just inside the 10 days). I rang my bank in Oz and cancelled my credit card but it appears that I need to report it as stolen to make sure they can’t get any money. So far, no money taken out except for initial trial postage. Fingers crossed that they don’t get their hands on any more money. Thanks for the blog. Will always check in the future when I am tempted by something that seems too good to be true…

Not sure how much it will cost to post the products back. Curious that they came from Taiwan but returns are meant to go to The Netherlands. Any ideas? Do I really have to send it back? Don’t dare try the products after reading this blog.

  118. I had read the T&C and knew I had to cancel within 14 days and I did, sent emails but still, yesterday the money was taken from my credit card. Definitely criminal. Not sure where to go from here but will cancel the card first thing tomorrow. I have sent several emails since but never got a reply,

  123. Advice – cancel your account

    Reply
  124. I have just spoken to a very helpful lady at my bank (after speaking to several fuckwits and being cut off) so it depends who you talk to as to how helpful they are.

Ask for a CPA to be put against all the names the basta*ds have used to take money out of your account, which means they can’t use that name again. A few are below:

    GARCINIUM
    SHAPEUPSLIM
    SUPRACLEANSE DETOX
    SUPRACLEANSE CD

Cancelling your card doesnt always work. I am waiting to see now if I need to cancel my bank account and open another one…as this is the only way to ensure they have no access at all to your money.

The email addresses are below to try and cancel, but as yet they havent responded:

    optout@garcinium.com.
    cancellations@supracleanse550.com
    optout@supracleanse350.com

Hope you all get your money back…

  127. I foolish signed up for the free trial like so many others, The main reason being Carol Vodaman Denise Welsh and Pauline Quirke were all seemingly endorsing this product as i quite like Carol Vodaman and admire her i fell for it at my absolute horror and expense. But all is not lost im hoping, I managed to find phone number +31208084781 or+31208084783. Also i managed to find online their terms and conditions stating that if i return the product with my name address email ID number on outside of package within 30 days i would recieve a refund. I did recieve the product no problem but quickly decided very shoddy production. Imagine my horror on seeing £89 99 taken from my bank!!!! So i have returned both products to POST BUS 131 KESTEREN 4040DC by recorded delivery and i have so far recieved 2x £2 99 refund i await my 2x £89 99. hope this helps because i cant believe they are still getting away with absolute robbery. I intend to bring this company and whoever is behind this scam down. I will not give up.

    • Good for you. I too have been absolutely turned over by these scammers. They kept taking payments until I cancelled my card. I have sent the latest parcel back and hope to get a refund. It is over the 30 days period but I hope. I mean, I’m not going to actually take the bloody things, probably dog food or worse!!!!

  128. First thing is to inform your cardholder that this merchant has intitiated unauthorised recurring transactions and that you require them to reject any further charges. Go to a supervisor if needed as not all know this is possible. Send an email confirming this as well – ask them to confirm receipt.

The best option is to cancel your card and ask for this old card to be security blocked.

You should request ‘chargeback’ of the transactions.

I am familiar with MasterCard… (if Visa google what their chargeback process says)

If you are with MasterCard then request chargeback.

The basis would be ‘taken from MasterCard Chargeback Guide, 15 April 2014

    ———
    – For transactions dated on or after 18 October 2013, the cardholder alleges that the recurring payment agreement was entered into without proper notification

    NOTE:
Terms and conditions for recurring transactions must be clearly detailed to the cardholder. Recurring transaction terms and conditions must be separate and distinct from general terms and conditions of sale.
    ———

If these distinct terms do not exist or even when they do you were not presented with them properly then you can dispute the transactions as any recurring payment agreement was entered into without proper notification. (no agreement exists).

Detail that you have tried to progress refunds with the merchant but got nowhere. Ask the merchant for their company registered details, all details of transactions with you, your customer number – if they do not respond with any of this information detail that to the card issuer as part of your dispute. You need to demonstrate trying to resolve with the merchant concerned before they will support a chargeback. (Your issuer has to ensure the case is reasonable).

The aim is to get a chargeback against the merchant which means your account gets immediatly refunded. Chargeback cost the merchant money and flag them as bad merchants – if it is done enough large penalties are paid by the merchant for each subsequent chargeback.

Whilst the merchant can object to try to have the charge put through again their bank would have to support their illegal business practices. You also can also appeal and make it cost even more for the merchant.

Banks will not support illegal and unfair traders. You will have to wait 45 days after the chargeback date to be sure the merchants bank is not supporting a representation of he charge.

If they send you goods then simply inform the company that they can collect their goods (any you have). Give them 14 days to arrange after which you will charge for storage – say a few notes a day.

    Stay strong.

  129. I have also been scammed by this company. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $5.99 AT FIRST AND THEN THEY WILL BILL YOU $99.99 FOR THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFORMATION OR YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL YOU AND SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
I AM INTERESTED IN FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU WANT TO JOIN IN THIS LAWSUIT. I HAVE AN EXCELLENT LAWYER.
