Ultra Body Garcinia SCAM Report

Ultra Body Garcinia SCAM Report

Ultra Body Garcinia promises to help you to “start losing the fat now”. The question is, how does it work though?

We have seen time and again that claims are easy to write, but unless there is proof to back them up then they are meaningless.

In the following review we will look at this trial offer in more detail before we come to our conclusion whether we would recommend the offer or not.

Benefits claimed by Ultra Body Garcinia

The following claims have been made on the Ultra Body Garcinia website:

  • Helps stop fat production
  • Suppresses your appetite
  • Increases serotonin levels for emotional eaters

To be honest we have seen these exact same claims before, and like we have said in the past it is perhaps best to simply ignore these claims.

Instead you should spend more time looking for proof of the effectiveness, which means you should look to see if there is any ingredient information available to view.

Ultra Body Garcinia ingredients

While there is no label present there is mention that Ultra Body Garcinia is made using Garcinia Cambogia that contains 60% HCA, which is the recommended amount that will likely result in faster weight loss results.

Those supplements that do not disclose their HCA dosage, or those with less than 60% HCA are best avoided as they are unlikely to be effective.

Price of Ultra Body Garcinia

As with all trial offers you should spend a little time reading through the terms and conditions, that is if it is available.

The Ultra Body Garcinia reveals that there is a $4.95 shipping charge to pay when you first sign up then a further $89.47 charge 14 days later.

These T&Cs also reveal that Ultra Body Garcinia operates an auto-ship program, so unless you cancel the trial within the 14 day trial period you will be charged again for another package that will be automatically sent out to you.

Is the Ultra Body Garcinia trial a scam?

Trial offers have a bad name for themselves and this is because of two reasons, firstly they are often too expensive, and the second being the auto-shipping.

This supplement is too expensive and the auto-shipping will likely lead to complaints, which is why we cannot recommend it.

Our suggestion would be to look for an alternative.

  1. This product did not work for me. I got hooked with the auto-ship. This company is a rip off. I called customer service, I spoke to a women that could almost speak English. She said that I was stuck with the product. but I would not get any more sent to me. It is BS that you can not return a product that you do not want.

    • I am a 76 year old senior citizen with a fixed income. when i opened my credit card statement last night i saw charges for products that i did not order. garcinia and green coffee. i weigh 110 lbs and would never entertain a diet porduct. the person i talked to kept insisting that “the terms of the contract”…..of which i never agreed to. The fact that i am saying i never ordered these products would be enough for most corporations and i would get a full refund without question. I would appreciate your attention to this matter…..thank you

      • Hello, I read your message and wanted to let you know that when I called them and vehemently complained that I had only purchased ONE trial bottle, they informed me about the 14-day trial period but did agree to refund me and cancel the order, especially when I told them I was going to report them to my state attorney generals office for fraudulent activity. You might try that and see if they will refund you, too. I told them I wanted e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. I just received that. Plus, I notified my bank of this fraudulent activity and asked them to make sure I have NO MORE charges from this group who goes by NTHGREATHEALTH on my bank records. Hope this helps you.

        • This is a scam the brochure that I had does not say anything “free trial for 14 days”. It’s simple says “free trial” only pay shipping which $5.95. The. 2 weeks later my bank account gets hit for $87.88 and $89.88. I call my bank to see where or what and it linked back to ultra body diet so I called them ask why was I charged for ” free trial ” I had someone that barley speaks English reading off a policy that stated free trial for 14 days that I was suppose to call before the 14 days was up to cancel I said cancel what I didn’t order anything other then the free trail. Anyways I’m stuck with this diet pill that those not work. Unless someone out there has any other solutions.

      • This is the worst scam EVER. I had no idea it was a scam, and ordered these supplements.
I stumbled on this page accidentally, and decided to cancel before my 14 days were up. I didn’t see any results for the time that I took the supplements.
When I called, the woman spoke so fast ( I believe purposely) , and tried to hang up me 3 times without cancelling the future shipments. I had to stop her each time and ask her to slow down and repeat what she was saying. She was trying to force me to try the product longer and call back again to cancel.
She would not transfer me to her supervisor so I could complain. She absolutely refused.
I had to yell at her several times that I wanted the orders cancelled NOW, before she did it.
I still am wary that she did it right, and will be calling back to try and speak with a supervisor.
DO NOT TRY THIS COMPANY. You will REGRET IT.

        • Don’t fall for this HUGE SCAM, when I looked up the address it was to a UPS store in San Diego, Ca. I understand I will not get my money back but it pisses me off when I call and tell you not to ship any more of this useless product to me and not only did you ship more, you debited my account after you supposedly cancelled it. And to top everything off they are the rudest, loudest, foreign people I have ever dealt with and you can never get a supervisor, and they hang up on you constantly. I don’t think they’re really even in the US as there is so much background noise you can’t even hear yourself thinking, it was a gaggle of Asian accents. Well they haven’t heard the last from me it is my life’s mission now to get them shut down……Here we come “Good Morning America”, and BBB, and States Attorney’s office again signed “Pissed off in Louisiana.”

    • I tried this garcinia and the green coffee products from this same co for the free trial. I read the disclosure but it said nothing about the true price that that you are billed on day 15 after the free trial offer One product is 89.47. The other is 87.47 without any notice it’s taken out of your account with recurring charges intill you cancel. I call two times to make sure it was canceled and I would be be reimbursed in 24 hrs by 2 different reps. I called the next day to see where my money was now they tell me I will not be reimbursed. Beware they have other sister companies that are the same an treat you the same. There are money local health store that sell the same product with 30 return policies . That is the only way I will ever buy something to avoid this scam and rude com. Not to mension they are impossible to understand they and barely speak english. Please don’t make the same costly mistake as did.

  2. I am a 77 year old senior citizen on a fixed income. I purchased the trial offer of garcinia and green coffee in March and did not realize that I would be charged $87.47 and $89.47 for these “trial” products after 14 days. Then I saw that my bank account was charged these amounts and called immediately to cancel the product 2 days after the 14-day trial period. I called again on April 11 to see why my account was not credited and was told that because I did not cancel in the 14-day period they assumed I was satisfied with the product. So therefore I am responsible for those amounts. I had thought that the 2 bottles I received were a promotional deal and was charged only for shipping, not realizing that I would end up paying full price for the ones I received. I am very dissatisfied with this company and did not even like the product. Please let me know if anything can be done about this. Thank you.

    • I’m 81 with surgery coming up soon. I wanted to lose ten pounds to make things easier when coming out of the surgery. I thought I was getting a sample bottle for $4.95. I was unaware of a trial I was supposedly signing for. When my credit card was billed, I called them, and they said it was probably a scam and I should cancel right away. There was no phone number or address! It was billed as Earthly Total Fitness out of Las Vegas, which had nothing to do with anything. I finally got another bottle with the number 1-800-332-1460. Forget it! Nasty, hardly spoke English and agreed to cancel, but no refund. Now they have my credit card number which scares me. I am stuck for almost $200. I should have know there is nothing free.

  3. If I don’t cancel by the 14 day period will I be charged the 90 for each bottle?

    Reply
    • Yes. What’s scam-like and irritating is that no contact information is ever provided for you to cancel. No phone number is available on the site, no email address, no contact form, and even no email receipts after your “purchase”. They just take your credit card info and leave you with no way to contact them back, and then they charge you $90 for each bottle.

      • That’s why I was SO GRATEFUL to find this page because I had NO contact information on my order receipt that I had printed out. I guess I just didn’t notice it at the time I printed out my receipt. I have learned a valuable lesson from all of this. I called them and vehemently complained that I had only purchased ONE trial bottle, they informed me about the 14-day trial period but did agree to refund me and cancel the order, especially when I told them I was going to report them to my state attorney generals office for fraudulent activity. You might try that and see if they will refund you, too. I told them I wanted e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. I just received that. • Hey do not order this product as if you do they will charge you 200.00 for both bottles and when you call the number you talk to a foreigner, you can not make them understand that you never signed any agreement with them I’m still fighting to get my refund. If anyone wants to use this more power to them the stuff has side effects makes legs hurt, and gives you the shakes, and it also upset your stomach.

  5. I clicked on a banner advertisement for the product, and the landing page of the website had absolutely NO information, info about the “Terms & Conditions” or any information about an “auto-shipping” program. The we page looked very cheap as it were just thrown together in less than 30 minutes. There were no links to any other information except about the product itself.

I had a bad feeling after I placed the order, as I received NO email receipt, there was no telephone number or contact information listed anywhere on the “website” (it was just two web pages). There was no “checkbox” or link to view any “Terms & Conditions”.

Two weeks later, I got charged a whopping $189.49 unexpectedly. The telephone number to the company oddly appeared in my transaction details, so I tried calling the company first. I couldn’t even understand what the woman was saying, and she kept putting me on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. I don’t know what she was doing. After over an hour of waiting on the phone I got fed up and called my bank to dispute the transactions.

I should have known better ordering from a sketchy web page (from a banner ad) with no contact information. If you want to cancel your “trial” within a certain time period, they don’t provide you with any contact information to do so.

    Frustrated.

Took a long time for the girl to get it thru her head I did not want the pills. Suppose to get email confirming cancellation. Hopefully they will do it. Was given Concellation Number.

  9. I also ordered the 4.95 trial. I was then charged the 89.47 automatically. When I called to cancel the gal went on and on. I had to get very direct with her and tell her to stop sending me the pills. Very frustrating. They will not refund my money or let me return the product which was never used….I even received a package yesterday and the shipping envelope has never been opened…they will not credit me even if I return to sender. Definitely a scam.

Even after I cancelled over the phone and through several emails they charged my card again in August so I had to call them again and repeat the process of cancelling and getting a refund. I had to cancel my debit to keep this from happening again.

  10. What a ****in’ nightmare. I had a similar pattern to Roberta up there, but the whole fiasco started about a week earlier.

When I finally got around to calling: My first call I got hung up on AFTER waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Then I called again, waited again, and finally talked to someone. Please note: I am a very timid and polite person–but I was nearly yelling by the end. Super stressful interaction, but after at least 5 different and escalating “no I need it cancelled NOW”s, I got my cancellation numbers, and the cancellation emails were sent pretty quick.

You can tell that they’re given intense scripts with a minimum number of refusals. There’s no way a human would be that obtuse if it wasn’t their entire job description… awful business practices. I should’ve known better!!!

  11. Ultra Body Garcenia is a scam. I ordered the $4.95 trial bottle on 5/23/16, did not receive the product until 5/27/16. A two week trial to try the product after receiving it would have meant I had until 6/10/16 to cancel the product. On 6/6/16 my account was charged $87.47. They didn’t even give me the full opportunity to cancel the product, nor did they let me know they were going to charge my account. After arguing with them on the phone for approximately 45 minutes, the foreign woman, whom I had a very hard time understanding, finally agreed to refund 75% of the charge. She started out at 35%. She tried everything she could possibly come up with to get me to continue the product, indicating I had not given it enough time to work, and should continue it for at least 8 – 12 weeks (three more charges). I absolutely refused to continue taking the product. I am now waiting to see if I get any refund at all. I did not lost any weight at all after taking the product. I also want to note there were changes in two areas of my blood work that were always within normal ranges, and now I wonder if this product had anything to do with it. Be ware of buying this product!!

While placing the order options were offered in addition to and I refused but after providing my credit card info and checking out I discovered an additional bottle of something was added. I called the 1-800332-1460 and they said they couldn’t pull up my order under name or e-mail and waited for a supervisor while listening to a family speaking in what sounded like Vietnamese. I am responding through this site support@ultrabodydiet.com and will contact who ever has Blake Shelton involved in this. I do not want anything to do with this product and have left messages to that and don’t want my credit card used.

  34. **HUGE SCAM, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY** I have reported this company to the Better Business Bereau. I called to cancel, on the 14th day, and it was too late, already charged me $87.47 because I was an hour past the time I originally ordered the crap that doesn’t work at all!!! I was told by the customer service person, who hardly spoke English, that I needed to take full advantage of the product and she would cancel any further shipments and payments. BAM less than 2 weeks later $89.47 was deducted from my bank account, so I call and get told that since I didn’t cancel (which I did) that I couldn’t get a refund. I FLIPPED out! After 30 minutes and 3 reps later I’m told that they can only refund me 35% of what they took from me and I should expect it in 2-3 business days. This place is a joke. I did find a real company name, address and phone number on the BBB website. Its called Diet Solutions 13771 N Fountain Hills Blvd Ste 114-358 Fountain Hls AZ 85268 (800) 332-1460. Their business ID is 1000041132. BBB says they are going to get the full amount refunded to me, I’m crossing my fingers!!!

Thank you for supplying their correct business name and information. I was looking all over for it. Then I saw your comment here. So, I was able to complete my complaint to the BBB. Have you heard anything yet? I’m keeping my fingers crossed they can get me my money back.

I ordered the trial – THEN saw all of your comments and the very same day I ordered the trial I emailed them that they were not to auto-ship or bill my credit card. Twice, I advised them in writing, within the 14 day period. They replied on September 1st that my account had been cancelled – THEN I see that they had billed my credit card $89.47 and $87.47 on August 31st and September 1st. I emailed again – advising they were not authorized to bill me. She offered to give me a 50% discount – I advised not acceptable – She offered to give me a 75% discount – again, not acceptable. I contacted Discover and initiated a dispute. Discover has temporarily credited my account. I’m writing this on September 13th – the product they “supposedly” shipped has not been received. If it does show up, I’m returning to sender. On top of all that!…. Well, the product doesn’t work!! It is a definite SCAM!! Do NOT fall for their “trial” offer!

  38. Please listen to all of these reviews. This *company* (scumbags) is a complete scam! The product doesn’t work, if you want to try it for yourself to believe that, then order from a real company. It will save you money in the long run.
    Ridiculous!

  39. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM of SCUMBAGS. i JUST SPENT HOURS AND HOURS ON THE PHONE REQUESTING A SUPERVISOR TO HAVE THE CHARGES DISPUTED. This is fraud, I don’t see how I got sucked into this scam which cost me almost $200. It’s an Asian calling center…as the accents are all Filipino. The calling center is not at fault…Unfortunately, we need to find out who the real company is and target them.

I wish I could dispute ever single ad that they do…it’s total bullshit that they can advertise.

  40. I too saw the advertisement for these pills and ordered. On the site and in the confirmation email there is no mention of a cost other than the 5.95 and 4.95 for a trial offer. I I knew that I would be charged an additional $90 for each product then I wouldn’t have ordered and hence wouldn’t be making this post.

I suggest calling your credit card company to dispute the charges as I did. They have more resources and time to fight this than you as a private citizen do.

  43. This company is a scam. The product does not perform as claimed but the worst is the theft from your credit card. I finally spoke with “Ray”, a supposed supervisor his phone number us 877-779-9940. The cost phone number is 1-800-332-1460. I will be filing a formal complaint with the attorney general’s office oft state and my credit card company. Hopefully, those of you who need contact information now have it and will use it effectively and expeditiously.
