Utopian Garcinia Cambogia SCAM Review

Utopian Garcinia Cambogia SCAM Review

Utopian Garcinia Cambogia is said to be “your fast and easy way to burn fat and lose weight”.

How does this supplement work though? Can we really believe the claims made?

From past experience I would be wary of this offer, as often those made available for trial have turned out to be auto-ship programs that have left their users significantly out of pocket.

In the following review we will look at Utopian Garcinia Cambogia in more detail to see if it as effective as claimed, and also whether we would recommend it or not.

Claimed benefits of Utopian Garcinia Cambogia

Users of Utopian Garcinia Cambogia are claimed to receive the following benefits from its use:

  • Appetite suppression – finally control your cravings
  • Serotonin increase – decrease belly fat
  • Helps reduce calorie intake by 25%

While these are initially impressive I would not pay too much attention to claims such as these as they mean very little. What is more important is actual proof of the effectiveness.

This is why you should always look to see what ingredients the proposed supplement contains.

Ingredients of Utopian Garcinia Cambogia

It is good to see that Utopian Garcinia Cambogia have a label available so that we can see what ingredients it contains.

It is also good that it contains a good percentage of HCA too. This shows that the Garcinia Cambogia present in the formula is good quality.

What is less impressive however is the fact that Utopian Garcinia Cambogia contains Chromium that has recently been shown to be carcinogenic, which means that it could potentially cause cancer.

Price of Utopian Garcinia Cambogia

With any trial offer it is always a good idea to check just how much it is going to cost you.

This means that you should make an effort to read the terms and conditions of the offer before you sign up.

After reading the T&Cs of the Utopian Garcinia Cambogia trial offer I can see that there is a $4.95 charge for delivery to pay when you first sign up. This is then followed by a $79.95 charge at the end of the trial period.

As with most trial offers you only get 14 days before you are charged the full amount.

You will also find that as expected Utopian Garcinia Cambogia is an auto-ship program so signing up for the trial allows the manufacturer to send further monthly packages to you.

Is Utopian Garcinia Cambogia a scam?

There are a few reasons why we cannot recommend Utopian Garcinia Cambogia.

Firstly, while most of the ingredients of this supplement are good, this recent news regarding the cancer causing properties of chromium makes me worry about the potential risks.

The cost is also too high, as there are various alternatives available for a more cost effective price.

How to cancel the trial offer?

To cancel the trial you will need to contact Utopian Garcinia Cambogia before the 14 day trial has elapsed. You can do this using the following information:

Phone: (855) 823-2478
Email: help@utopiangarcinia.com

If you have signed up for this offer then we would love to hear from you. There is a comment form below that you can use to submit your own review.

Alternative to Utopian Garcinia Cambogia

A better alternative to the above trial offer is the Garcinia Pure supplement available to buy from the Evolution Slimming website.

This supplement contains 1,000 mg of Garcinia Cambogia with no chromium, so the risk of cancer is zero.

A months supply will cost $61, and as this supplement is not available for trial this is the only charge. There are no hidden or repeat charges to worry about.

  6. This product (utopian garcinia cambogia elite) actually makes me more hungry, and I have no more energy than I do with a regular cup of coffee. Sent them an e-mail to cancel my order within the 14 days, so hopefully they comply.

    • Don’t count on it. Sadly have been fighting with them for 2 days. Finally got them to cancel the whole order. Then saw 2 charges on my acct for $85. & $87. They said it was for the price of the trial bottles. Original $5 was only shipping.
I told CS that I would be telling everyone on social media about there scam and they offered me a mere $60. Refund.

  8. This definitely is a rip off. I ordered the free trials of the garcinia and the cleanse. Now they have my credit # and much to my surprise and dismay I had two deductions from my bank for $87.95 and $85.95. I am a 73 yr old widow with a very small budget on a monthly basis. Now I am in dire stress because of this deduction. I have tried calling to cancel but they are not nice.
What a terrible thing for a companyto do!!!!!

    • Big assed rip off. Paid 5.95 each, for two bottles of Utopian Garcinia Cambrogia, and Utopian Cleanse 360. Didn’t know about the 14 day trial period. Woke up this morning in overdraft at my bank because these clowns took it upon themselves to “assume” that I liked the product, so they hit my bank card for an additional amount of 87.95, and 85.95. When the product was shipped, there was no paperwork of any kind included, and nothing that mentioned a 14 day trial. So not only did I get ripped by them, but now, I owe almost a 100.00 in overdraft fees. This is a huge rip off. I would encourage everybody that has had a problem with them to try to file a class action lawsuit to stop them.

      • Exactly there was no paperwork and no disclosure of 14 days. Is there a way to report them for fraud? I will tell the news channels and post office to report this scam!

  9. They hooked me too. Nothing on the front page says anything about the normal price, and it looks as if you will have to reorder if you want it .
I didn’t even want the second bottle of cleanse, but there was no way to opt out. I though what the hell, give em 10 bucks for the wt lost stuff. little did I realize that poor decisions will cost me about 200 bucks for crap that doesn’t even work.

  10. Ey what happened why do you charge in my credit card without authorization, that is a federal felonious, that is a assault, please return to my account $87.95 and $5.95 dollars, you taken my money unauthorized. If you not want I come to FBI return my money now.

  11. Yep, I was duped as well. They sent me a copy of the website. It is so busy it’s almost impossible to see the 14 day trial and then no mention of the cost. You can get the same thing through GNC for a fraction of the cost. Seems like consumer fraud to me.

  12. everyone steer clear definitely a con, like several others thought this was trial an costing me £4, then read comments, I then phoned credit card company to cancel only to be told they had deducted £99.99, while I was talking to guy at credit card company another true cambogia had deducted a further £99.99 from my account so now I have been charged twice and because I agreed to their terms and conditions I cannot get refund, I therefore had to cancel my card and now have to wait for new one, PLEASE PLEASE EVERYONE DONT GO NEAR THEM

  13. I ordered the Utopian cleanse and garcinia on the free trial and when I realized I had walked headfirst into a scam I called to cancel and they refused to let me cancel saying I have to call back in a week. Supposedly they did cancel any future shipments but they flat out refused to cancel for my first bottles by saying I had agreed to “try the product first, so mark your calendar and call us back on the 16th.” They seriously would not listen to me to the point the operator hung up on me saying I need to call them back. So, I guess I will be calling them back on the 16th to get another run around story on why they can’t cancel anything. I guess it’s a good thing I used a visa that has to be loaded in order to have money on it instead of my actual debit card.

  14. Do not order utopian garcinia or utopian cleanse.
Ordered 8/6/16 on 8/20 they billed me the $85.95 and $87.95.
I could not use the product since I am diabetic.
Reported them as fraud to my VISA bank and then the utopia customer service would not talk to me.
I did not get any hint from their website that there would be chargves at the 14 day point from the date of placing the order.
They would not accept my unopened bottles even though they have a return policy that allows a customer to return unopened products within 30 days since my account is now “locked”.
YES, this is a BILLING SCAM.

  15. I ordered the supposedly FREE utopian crap and the cleanser…I have not opened either bottle my doc says for me not to take it…I called the company and they said I will be billed for an order I did not get nor want…the person gave me a cancellation number and said I wouldn’t be billed more…I told her I was not paying for something I did not get and would be happy to send the free crap back to her…anyway I called my credit card company and the credit card person I talked to said I have a chip card and unless I gave them my pin (which I didn’t) then they the credit card company will not honor any billing they may be sent by this rip off bunch of assholes this is a 100% scam and should be stopped

  16. Utopian Garcinia Cambogia is a total scam. They offer you a free trial, which turns out to somehow be permission for them to auto ship to you…at approx. 90 dollars per bottle. I now have over 350 dollars on my credit card from this company There is no information on how to contact them and when I did chase them down….they were impolite and more than insistent I continue to receive their product. I finally got a cancellation notice from them, but have now been billed for not only the so called free trial…,but got billed for an auto shipment they hadn’t sent……It is a total rip off and harder to get out of than you would think.
I cannot offer an opinion on Garcinia Cambogia, but this company is fully a scam, and if you are interested, don’t go for the free trial, just buy from a reputable company that back their claims….Utopian is just wrong! Thieves. Scam artists. There is NO contact info anywhere and yopu can’t even send it back.

  17. I had the same negative experience as mentioned in the previous posts . It was not clear on the original site that they would be sending product without further requests. Customer service is awful! They make it impossible to return product and get a refund. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop.

  18. Same problem. I ordered the free trial and had to pay shipping of $5.95. Next thing I know I have 2 more charges on my credit card for $87.95 and $93.90. Then another bottle comes in the mail that I did not order. Want to cancel too!

  19. Thanks for the phone number to call. I tried to get them to cancel, but have to call back before the next month. She said they would refund part of the price I had not ordered, but am not holding my breath. Why should I have to call back and cancel again?!

  20. My 30 day trial is not up and I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE PRODUCT yet you have already charged my account twice. One for 87 and ne for 85. My trial was for ne product yet you sent the cleanse that I did not request and now you are charging me for 2 products and my trial is still not up. I am not a happy customer’’

Please refund or cancel your request that is on my card. One is pending and the other has been charged. Do not send any more product and refund all money. Thank you so much.
